“DigitalPrinting were great, we ordered our wedding invitations from here and they looked fantastic, on really high quality paper (good value for the order we recieved too). The only thing is I would reccomend DigitalPrinting change their delivery operator, as we had issues with the ParcelForce delivery (being delayed, and at one point the order being sent back to the depot for no reason!) DigitalPrinting were really helpful in resolving this but I think another delivery company like hermes or yodel might be more reliable for customers. Other than that everything was great!”

“I’ve used DP a number of times and always been really impressed by the service and quality of product. My latest order wasn’t well packaged and the posters were slightly crushed, which was a disappointment. We needed them for immediate use so DP haven’t been given the opportunity to rectify the problem, which I’m sure they would have done. I will still use them again in future but with longer lead times.”

“Digital Printing were super helpful to help me to get the right files for my documents and the items arrived swiftly in the post. There were some items that were majorly over printed in terms of the numbers I asked. But I was generally pleased with the overall quality and swiftness to deliver.”

“The company cares a lot about customer experience. I was happy with my order but the initial express order required a correction. Negotiating it took a while. I think having all orders reviewed by a human could help with the process. I understand that with this type of order things are automatically send to the printer but this service is also significantly more expensive than the standard one, and should be of the same quality.”

“Hi! The postcards arrived really quickly and I was on the most part very happy with how they came out. There were the odd weird marks on a couple with rectangular marks that weren't on the originals but other than that they came out fine I guess. Would have been cool to see a mock up of what they will look like on the website.”

Hi Sam, Thanks for the four-star review. When the postcards are cut by the guillotine the top couple of cards will have clamp marks on them. On occasion, the operator will forget to remove these. You can dispose of these as we also included extra cards in the order. With regards to a mock-up, we are a direct to print site so print from your print-ready artwork which is why we don't send a pdf proof as standard. “I've placed a complex order and received a very good customer service. All my questions has been answered in a professional and friendly manner. The order arrived on time an most of my order was correct and good quality. However some of my stickers had not great. About 50 stickers had uneven boarders. (as left side much slimmer than the right boarder). Some of the stickers on the left side had another colour coming through. Also the quantity was wrong on 2 items, instead of 10 leaflets I have received 100. This was odd as order was correct for the other identical items. It felt like job has been completed by two different people where one did a great job and the other didn't really understand the requirements. Overall was accepted, as I got what I needed but I hope it will improve with my next order. Regards Mrs Moore”

Hi Akshita Thank you for your order and review. We are a direct to print service so ask for all supplied artwork to be fully set up, print ready and proof read before submitting to us for an order. On that basis no proofing or preview is required. We also supply a full guide and checklist on what is required for the artwork to be considered print ready. If you really must see a pdf proof before printing, we do offer this but the order must be placed first of all so that there is an active order to process it under. If you decide the proof is not ok and you do not want to go ahead then the order can be cancelled no problem. Hope this helps to explain our service. “Really happy with the service. Was quick and the product was high quality. A bit annoyed that I ordered mid-Dec and the discount code that was in the box ended in 10 days. (Its a better discount than the one online). So it would have been nice to have been given a 2021 discount. But other than that I have no issues or faults with these guys. Would happily use them again!”
