This was my first time ordering paper invites through Digital Printing. Based on the companies recommendation I decided to have these printed on the "Luxury" Gesso paper but I was very disappointed with the quality of the colour print. I feel that the website should have some photographs of what these would look like, rather than a description. For most people who are ordering a print for the first time they may not be aware of what they are ordering when it comes to the many types of paper and it soon becomes costly. On the other hand, I did also order three A2 poster boards which were excellent.

It was easy to place the order on line and I was kept informed of progress of the order. Unfortunately the wrong order was sent to me but as soon as I contacted DP they apologised and did an immediate reprint and despatched same day

Print quality was good, however it wasn’t packaged the best for delivery so the edges of my poster got bent up from delivery, and it came without the top on so the poster was exposed. I did receive extra copies of my perfect bound books though which was nice.

It became stressful. The delivery day was supposed to be the Friday. In fact I thought I just about got the delivery in in time for it to be delivered in the Thursday. However, I got a text from parcel force that it would be delved on Monday. Ok. Good for presentation on Tuesday. No delivery no ticket by three on Monday. Note to say driver had cancelled the delivery. Not able to call the driver. I then had to pay a £40 taxi bill to get to the depot on time to collect. Maybe parcel force is not a good courier. But I didn't know the parcel was coming from Belfast. Which from London although close is international..

Hi Joe Thanks for your review. I am sorry that you had an issue with your delivery. This did despatch on time with the economy tracked delivery service you had selected for your order. We do state that delivery dates are estimated, as the couriers do not offer guaranteed delivery with factors able to affect transport. Hasn’t come out at crisp and clear as I expected, but it’s good quality paper. The packaging tube was damaged also which did leave a bit of a kink in my print.

Hi Laura Thanks for your review. I am sorry that the print was not to the quality expected. I can see you have supplied artwork in RGB png file. RGB is designed for lit screens and monitors and will appear duller or washed out on a printed page. As a result, we recommend CMYK colour schemes with artwork. I can see you did contact us to report the damage to the packaging in the delivery but reported no damage to the poster at the time. We are pleased with the colour and card but feel that the graphics appear grainy, depsite the high resolution artwork provided.

Brilliant - I LOVE my banner! 5/5 for the product quality Gutted it wasn't eligible for the intro discount code (1st order) as that was partly why I chose DP. Overall very happy with the printing - whereas "the welcome / intro offer" becomes more of a disattisfier with so many exclisions, rather than a positive - so you'd be better not to offer it at all.

We do offer a 15% discount on first orders - but as the email you received listed some of the products are exempt as they are already as low as possible. The Print quality and speed of delivery is good! However the overall product does not seem to be designed for reuse. Once the print is out there isnt a mechanism to retract for subsequent use. I try to push it inside so not sure how long it will last.

Stickers themselves look great, and are great quality. They just arrived 2 days later than planned, so could not be used.

I am sorry there was a delay in your delivery - I can see that you had ordered with economy tracked delivery which is a 2 day estimated service. It was despatched on 4th November and estimated on the 6th. Unfortunately the courier did delay it by one day and it was delivered on 7th. The printing quality is fine and they came back to me quickly when I sent an email to check the printing order, which was great. But, every time I’ve had post cards delivered they’re wrapped so poorly that the packaging around the postcards themselves breaks during delivery and some of the cards end up with frayed edges. I’m not sure I’ll order from them again as it’s happened each time, so more care needs to be taken in wrapping them for delivery. The clear wrapping breaks each time, the cards end up loose in the box and damage occurs.

Hi Emily Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear the prints were not as expected. We have looked at this and saw you did supply artwork as jpg files - these would be in RGB colours which are designed for lit screens and monitors so will be darker and duller on a printed page. The quality of the printing was great but the use of the layout templates was a little confusing and consequently I ended up with far too much bleed on the stickers, which is a real shame!

We do recommend 3mm bleed on all artwork - and include crop marks to show where it should be trimmed to avoid issues. I was really disappointed in the quality of the product I received for the price I paid. My booklet arrived with harsh print marks and scuffs upon opening for the first time. Really saddening, as I wanted something really polished for my degree show opening and I feel as though I've wasted my money.

I purchased a digital printed poster as an anniversary gift. Ordering was simple, delivery was as advised. I have only given 3 stars because I haven't seen the finished product in the flesh. The recipient was very happy with it.

The printing itself was absolutely excellent and I will use Digital Printing again. However, they lost a couple of stars and a couple of points for giving me a sleepness night. I paid to have a rush job done on the Fridday with delivery before noon the next day (Saturday) for an important event that evening. Having confirmed that the package was on the way at about 6.00pm Friday, 7 minutes later another email came through saying that owing to problems with the printing press my printing would not be with me until Tuesday. At that stage there was no one I could contact. A ruined Friday evening and a sleepless night, which left me exhausted for this important event, does not merit 5 stars or a 10.

The quality of the print is great. However, there was a mistake which was spotted only after the delivery. They sent me the PDF first, but I did not notice it, despite it being quite visible. Incidentally, the same product was printed in South Africa, and the printers noticed the error. I would expect, from professionals, to have a quick look and spot the error. Also, when I called no admittance of any responsibility or giving me maybe a discount on the second batch. Legally/contract-wise, of course, they were right as I was supposed to check it properly, but I cannot recommend the quality of the service.

Initial print run was faulty however, after a live chat ( was in hold for the telephone for an age) it was resolved and re printed and posted out by the agreed date.

Digital Printing insisit on using ParcelForce to deliver. ParcelForce can NEVER be relied upon to deliver on time! Whilst the package had arrived in my local sorting office in time to deliver on the suggested date, I received a notificatoin that they were unable to deliver on that day. This happens EACH TIME! Please give the choice of another delivery provider! Also, I recently used some labels that were 2 years old and founs the glue wouldn't stick them on to the box, so I had to throw them away!
