Call me old fashioned but I find it easier to have a quick conversation over the phone with someone rather than chat about any issue. But they don’t have a telephone in the office unfortunately. Issues with the size, then delayed because I didn’t place the order correctly apparently. But the nail on the coffin was the quality of the print. Was literally getting rubbed off with a slightly hard rub of the hand. Didn’t get a print from my usual guys due to lead time but wish I had waited the couple of extra days.

The prints were done differently on each side. There was nowhere to put instructions. Would have given a better rating if they were at least approached in the same way and appreciated a call/message to confirm. We sent them out anyway because we were going abroad and didn't have time to reorder, but it's disappointing for our wedding invitations.

I placed an order for a booklet and named all the pages according to the order I wanted them printed. Instead I got two booklets (of the wrong size) with the pages all printed and ordered differently and each booklet had pages missing. It was a whole nightmare. Never ordering with this company again!

Don’t trust next day delivery. I paid extra and got that delivery refunded but that’s not the point

Hi Robin Thanks for your review. I am sorry there was a delay with your delivery. I can see that we did produce your order and despatched on time, however the courier did delay your order. We do only ever state delivery dates are estimated as we do not have control over the couriers and the factors that affect delivery. Courier companies do not guarantee deliveries, so neither can we, although with over 1000 jobs a day 97% have no issue. The quality of my stickers was ok, it would have been helpful if I could have previewed them before ordering as the logo was printed tiny. Disappointed.

Hi Jane Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear you feel disappointed with how your artwork was printed. We are a direct-to-print site and do ask that artwork be provided to us print ready. With over 1000 jobs a day we are not able to check and send previews to each job ordered. We do provide templates for each product and size to aid the design of artwork to the correct size and all artwork is available to be viewed on your account under order history. Good for people who are professionals in the print and know what they are doing but not for newbies. I did a 1 off order and my order picture arrived distorted as there was a difference in the print and artwork dimensions. I'll put my hands up that I should have realised this but there were no points in the process where the automated system flagged that my print would be distorted. Wasted money for me unfortunately, had to bin.

Not happy with stickers being several to a page! Surely the idea of stickers is to hand out individually as "giveaways" or included in mailings as promotional item?

Very keenly priced, not so sure about print quality! Not used DigitalPrinting before but chose them for postcards because of their price. No real problems in uploading but prints came back quick dark and without much vibrancy. Have used the same images to print photos which I use for greetings cards. Don't think I will use them again!

Order not delivered on time despite paying extra for next day delivery

Hi Sam, We are sorry to hear that your delivery was later than expected. This is frustrating for us also and is the reason why we can only estimate delivery dates. Once the jobs leave here we are at the mercy of 3rd party courier companies and individual drivers who are not employed by Digital Printing so it is impossible for us to 100% guarantee anything. However, we do have a very high delivery success rate of 97% which is encouraging. I wasn’t that impressed to be honest.. very flat stickers and they are so close together that cutting them to be singles is impossible Won’t use again

Hi Les, ​Following our telephone conversation, the labels that you got printed with us are supplied kiss cut on an A4 sheet to make it easier for you to peel off, they are not intended to be cut down when supplied so apologies if the margins in between the labels were too narrow. ​ ​As discussed, we do supply labels which are cut down individually which would suit your needs better. I would be happy to print you a run of these free of charge once you choose a size and resize your artwork. I am waiting for you to come back and advise me of this. Hi Abbie, I am very sorry to hear you had an issue with your recent order and appreciate your feedback. I tried to call you to discuss this matter further but have not managed to get you, I have also sent you few email and would appreciate if you would come back to me. From our preliminary investigations it appears there is a problem with your supplied artwork being RGB and not CMYK which will make the colours look washed out. Unfortunately, we will not be able to rectify the issue until your artwork has been corrected. If you contact me when this has been sorted, we would love to help resolve the issue. I have uploaded my pdf document with high resolution images however when looking at the printed brochure, images were smudged and not clear at all. The pages were bleeding out around the corners.

Order Number: DP-461669 we ordered these christmas cards on November 10th. The first batch arrived a few days later, the quality is very good but they flipped the 2 inside pages of the card upside down. We immediately contacted customer service and was offered to get them reprinted and sent over at no charge. This is all well and good until the new batch turns up, the inside were fixed but the front was off centre considerably compared to the previous batch! We know this isn't our lay out's fault as the first batch (where the inside were flipped) was fine on the outside. By this point it was too late as we need to get stock up on our site and can't wait another week for reprint & shipping (with no guarantee it would not be messed up again).

The quality of the stickers is not what we were expecting. After applying some outside we realise the stickers lose the print when it rains. Should have a coating to prevent that from happening. On a positive note: good website interface, and fast pace order system.

Hi Ruben, Thanks for the feedback. I am sorry that you felt the need to give us a 2 star review. I can see that you ordered our paper stickers, unfortunately, our paper stickers are not waterproof. We do have waterproof adhesive labels in A sizes which do have a coating but this is not the product you ordered. Again I am sorry you felt the need to leave us the two stars when we supplied what was ordered and as you yourself said, the website and speed of ordering was good.
