“Good service and quickly posted out. Material thinner than usual which was a bit of a let down.”

“Very satisfied with my prints, they look just as I imagined them. Clear communication on any help I needed and fast delivery! I did have some issues with the delivery company but it got resolved at the end. Would recommend!”

“The quality is very good and the printing turn-around is very quick. Customer support was also good; a shortfall in my order was rapidly corrected. Delivery does take at least 3 days unless you opt for the express service which means some planning ahead.”

“Very good company. Quality printing. Easy to use website. And timely delivery. Some minor things were forgotten with a couple of my orders. 1/ not enough envelopes were provided with my greetings cards and 2/ holes to hang were not punched into my calendars. When I tried to contact about this, no one replied. Other than that, good service.”

“Excellent quality of prints and great value. Only reason 4 stars is because the courier delivered late. I chose digital printing for the speedy delivery but instead of receiveing on the Friday as notified by email, I recieved on Monday which impacted my business.”

“Have used digital printing a few times to print my own books and am very happy with quality, customer service and speed of delivery. However I could do with clearer instructions as to how to include a cover on the book. I would also like digital printing information on back cover for future reference. Thank you so much”

I am sorry you found the print dark but I can see that alot of your artwork is not CMYK colours which we recommend as RGB is designed for lit screens so will appear darker on a printed page. “The books we ordered where of high quality as just what we were looking for. You are losing 1 star because we received the package later than expected. That said, the communication from your team regarding the delay was fantastic - a real person called to explain the reason for the delay.”
