“Excellent service. Very speedy and nice looking product. One minor gripe, printing was a little dark.”

Hi Peter Thanks for your review. I am glad you are pleased with the service received. I am sorry you found the print dark but I can see that alot of your artwork is not CMYK colours which we recommend as RGB is designed for lit screens so will appear darker on a printed page. “The books we ordered where of high quality as just what we were looking for. You are losing 1 star because we received the package later than expected. That said, the communication from your team regarding the delay was fantastic - a real person called to explain the reason for the delay.”

“The print was great. The delivery by ParcelForce less so. They failed to deliver 3 times and I had to push them to ensure it was delivered in time for the service.”

“Very, very, very, very, very good company. They were extremely patient with me, going back and forth with around 5 revisions. There was a slight mishap in communication with their printing team and they printed my books before sending me the pdf proof I asked for, so I addressed this and they apologised and sent me new ones with the updated file. Would definitely use again!”

“This was our third time using this service and the first two times was great, no complaints. This time the invitations we ordered came badly packaged, the plastic protection was ripped on the corners, and there was no bubble wrap, so the corners of the invitations were all squashed. Around four of them were too grubby to use, as if whoever was folding them had dirty fingers. They also have not been folded on the same part of the fold (inside/outside), so the flaps don’t meet in the centre. However, it’s a quick service and the vast majority were still okay to use and fortunately we ordered more than we needed so still had enough.”
