“I've placed a complex order and received a very good customer service. All my questions has been answered in a professional and friendly manner. The order arrived on time an most of my order was correct and good quality. However some of my stickers had not great. About 50 stickers had uneven boarders. (as left side much slimmer than the right boarder). Some of the stickers on the left side had another colour coming through. Also the quantity was wrong on 2 items, instead of 10 leaflets I have received 100. This was odd as order was correct for the other identical items. It felt like job has been completed by two different people where one did a great job and the other didn't really understand the requirements. Overall was accepted, as I got what I needed but I hope it will improve with my next order. Regards Mrs Moore”

Hi Akshita Thank you for your order and review. We are a direct to print service so ask for all supplied artwork to be fully set up, print ready and proof read before submitting to us for an order. On that basis no proofing or preview is required. We also supply a full guide and checklist on what is required for the artwork to be considered print ready. If you really must see a pdf proof before printing, we do offer this but the order must be placed first of all so that there is an active order to process it under. If you decide the proof is not ok and you do not want to go ahead then the order can be cancelled no problem. Hope this helps to explain our service. “Really happy with the service. Was quick and the product was high quality. A bit annoyed that I ordered mid-Dec and the discount code that was in the box ended in 10 days. (Its a better discount than the one online). So it would have been nice to have been given a 2021 discount. But other than that I have no issues or faults with these guys. Would happily use them again!”

“Really happy with the quality and speed of processing. I would give 5 stars but I was sent someone else’s prints rather then my own but the company issued the correct ones straightaway and I’m very happy with them. I am a returning customer from last year.”

“Print quality was as good as ever. However there was an error in processing the delivery and I ended up with somebody else's Christmas cards. However Digital Printing sorted it all out within a day and resent the correct cards to both myself and the other person who received my cards. So thanks for getting it OK in the end. These things happen. By the way, their cards were very nicely designed as well!”

“Very nice quality and a few copies, I'm nit sure if it was the delivery service or them personally but it came a bit creased and bent. I won't point a finger though as I have no way of knowing. It was a very nice print job however!”
