Hi Hani, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and your feedback. As we offer an upload to print service we will print as per the file you upload at the time of order and therefore ask for a CMYK, Hi-resolution, 300dpi, etc. files. I have taken a look at the pdf which was supplied at the time of order and there are a number of elements which are pixelated. This is especially evident when comparing to your sharp, crisp text on the same pages. If pixelation is present on your pdf, this will be reflected on the finished print. If you have any questions about your file for any future order, please get in touch with us beforehand and we will be able to give you instructions on how to have this checked by our PrePress Team. “It was a very a very simple process to upload my documents and initiate the printing process. It would be great if a proof version was supplied before hitting print as I was a little unsure that I had done everything correctly. Luckily I had! simply, I inputted my requirements and the company gave options to choose to allow my own settings or recommended settings. I went with the recommended. I printed a landscape A4 16 page booklet as pre prepared PDF images. They arrived in great time at a reasonable price. They are great quality and I would use digitalprinting again. Thank you.”

We therefore do not offer artwork checks or pdf proofs as standard. These can be requested however if during your order you send us your artwork via email/WeTransfer. “Unfortunately there was a mistake with the first print run of our postcards but the team could not have been more helpful and apologetic when I called. A new print run was organised at no extra cost to us and delivered within 48 hours. Your customer service was excellent! Thank you.”

“Although I was initially very disappointed about the omission of print on my folded card, I have to say that digital printing handled my complaint swiftly and effectively. I received the corrected reprinted card within three days, in perfect quality as I am used to at digital printing.”

“Happy with printing quality and customer service was good. What let the service down was that there was no way to view what you were ordering leaving to the product that I received not being what I had thought I was getting. If there was a download of what you were getting or a digital ‘mock up’ that could be viewed this would help with this issue. Saying that the printing quality was great and when I informed the customer service of my issue they responded quickly and advised a solution. Because of this I will be using this service again but I will email customer service if I have any questions regarding the order”

“Generally I was happy with my order. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the paper as , as soon as I opened the packet the cards were curled at the edges. When I made the order I was asked what my company name was and I was kind of expecting this to be on the back of the cards and it wasn’t , however, the cards look great.”

Having reviewed your order I can advise that thicker papers are available. If you have not already done so you can order a sample pack which demonstrates the papers, weights & finishes available. “Ordered a couple of prints of some artwork I created. They did come crumpled but this was quickly sorted with prints coming the next day. Couldn't be happier.”

“Great print quality and truly amazing production and dispatch time. Unfortunately they got the pages in the wrong order. Thankfully our brochure works even if the order of the pages is changed, but it's not quite what we wanted. So great speed can come at a cost.”

“I wanted items fast for a promotion and Digital Printing did fast and great job. I will use them again. I am based in the highlands of Scotland and getting stuff here within a time limit can be hit or miss. But DP were excellent.”
