“I recently placed two orders. In both cases there were problems. One booklet order had pages stapled in the wrong order. For the other order I was not sent the additional single copy that I requested to be sent to the billing address, and then when it was sent it was labelled with the wrong address, twice, so it took a while for me to actually receive it. HOWEVER, on all occasions when I got in touch with the company I got quick and helpful feedback and they sorted out the issues quickly as soon as they were aware of them. The printed products themselves were of good quality. Overall, I would recommend them.”

“I am happy with the printing quality. I ve hoped they would contact me before printing as my artwork has a small error, but they did not. They just printed it as it is. The edges were not symetrical from the cutting, but it didn’t look that bad. I wasn’t able to contact the company. Overall, it is good service.”

“The service was overall very good and the print quality was acceptable. However, they failed to deliver to my home address and I had to create a day and collect from the post office. This cost me time.”

I can see that we have produced and dispatched your order on time and that the courier did get in touch on the estimated delivery day via text and e-mail to let you know they would leave it at a local post office instead. The idea was that it would be more preferable and convenient for you than returning the order to us in Belfast as a failed delivery. “Excellent quality and reasonably priced. I was only a little disappointed that, me being a novice, they didn’t contact me prior to printing to double check I actually wanted the last page of text printed on the back cover (which I didn’t). My mistake in not leaving a blank page at the end of my PDF document to allow for the cover! I’ll know next time.”

“First time ever getting anything printed, so didn't really know what to expect. the quality of the prints is really great, but shipping did take a bit longer than they first said at the checkout.”

“The circle stickers came on multiples of A4 sheets. The ink and paper is good however some of the print it slightly misaligned. I spoke to a web assistant on the site for advice on how much of a run off border to include in my file but despite this there was still a slight edge that wasn't printed on.”

Hi Benjamin, Thanks for the 4 star review. I have checked and can see you were advised to add 3mm bleed all round. I have checked your artwork and can see your keyline was placed right at the edge of the artwork. For future orders if you make the artwork 3mm bigger our system will place this in the centre and print it with bleed. This will avoid white edges appearing on your print. “This was my first experience and I wanted to make a book of family recipes. The price was very reasonable and they were delivered quickly. It didn’t turn out exactly as I wanted but that was probably my fault. Was there a preview order which would show exactly how the pages would be printed? I am not sure. But overall I am very pleased with the service and would use again (but improve my editing!)”

“As a regular customer with Digital Printing, I was disappointed when my order arrived and had been printed with incorrectly. After contacting the team, I was offered a reprint of my order which has now arrived. The quality of card stock is very good and the colours are nice and vibrant. I will no doubt be back for more cards soon!”

Hi Sevgim, Thanks for leaving us the review. I am sorry you felt the need to leave us the 4 stars. I have checked your artwork and can see you have uploaded it as RGB instead of CMYK. We do ask for it to be supplied as CMYK to avoid colours changing or making them look washed out.
