“Great value, good quality prints! Envelopes could have been better quality, wouldn’t recommend for wedding invitations.”

“Fantastic quality print, however, I was surprised that one of my prints was rolled up with the print on the outside. As a result, a bit of glue was stuck to the ink side of the print which is difficult to remove without damaging the print. The rolled up posted was also slightly crumpled on the one side, damaged by the tube plug.”

“The printing is a really great quality and very professionally looking. The colours exactly like in pdf. The delivery service very good and I was satisfied with packaging tube with made it easy to transport. The only but is that I order no eyelids and the poster came with them anyway. But not a problem overall. Will be using the service in the future.”

“I found the uploading process simple and something even my relatively-inexperienced brain could handle, and I found the quality of print to be exceptional - especially our posters and roll-up banners. Full disclosure, there was an error with one of our orders but that was dealt with swiftly and competently to our total satisfaction, and within our deadlines.”

“Good service, printing, and print quality, only issue was a small amount of sticky residue on part of the poster but as it is only for brief use I am not fussed about this”

“The programmes themselves were stunning and we had lots of compliments about the quality. The problems occurred with delivery. The estimate day being wednesday, which changed to Thursday and then did not arrive. After much chasing, told they would arrive at 2pm by parcel force. That came and went and after many calls to say they were on the way, they did not. We managed to track it down to the depot luckily which was 15 miles away and get them just in time for our show. Very stressful though and would avoid the parcel force delivery options in future.”

We have tried many different couriers over the years, we find Parcel Force to be one of the best and have an on-time delivery rate of over 96%. I am sorry that the courier let you and ourselves down with the delivery on this occasion. However, I am delighted that you are happy with the print quality. “I was looking for an inexpensive banner and digital print were very competitively priced. I was slightly disappointed with the finish as the eyelets have been badly attached. However the printing is clear and bright. The vinyl quality is as you would expect in a product in this price range.”

We do find on rare occasions that the material will go like this when the eyelets are put on, however as these are viewed from a distance and tied up, it is rare that this can be seen, I am delighted that you are happy with the printing and quality. “Customer service was excellent and my wire bound book is well made. I did however find the website difficult to navigate in order to choose the appropriate product for my needs. Overall very satisfied!”

“Could have done with more help as a first time user on set up I wanted. On phoning no confirmation given on what I was doing was correct, just told you have to do it all online. Really worried my set up might be wrong and as it was pictures and text they might be out of synchronisation. However I must have done it right as it turned out correct. Very fast printing and delivery. I was more than pleased with final product. Just wish they were a bit more helpful on contacting.”
