“I think digital printing should change the wording on the web page, I got confused with left side a right side binging. Should say long edge or short edge and not show an image of the long edge when A3 is selected. They were easy to contact and helped me out.”

“First time that I've ever given anything but a 5-star review for DigitalPrinting.co.uk. My only gripe with the banner was that where the eyelets have been punched it's left the corners a little untidy. Probably just the nature of punching a vinyl (?), I don't know. As for everything else (ease of ordering, print quality, delivery speed, packaging etc.) that was all 5 out of 5 as usual.”

“Fantastic quality print, however, I was surprised that one of my prints was rolled up with the print on the outside. As a result, a bit of glue was stuck to the ink side of the print which is difficult to remove without damaging the print. The rolled up posted was also slightly crumpled on the one side, damaged by the tube plug.”

“The printing is a really great quality and very professionally looking. The colours exactly like in pdf. The delivery service very good and I was satisfied with packaging tube with made it easy to transport. The only but is that I order no eyelids and the poster came with them anyway. But not a problem overall. Will be using the service in the future.”

“I found the uploading process simple and something even my relatively-inexperienced brain could handle, and I found the quality of print to be exceptional - especially our posters and roll-up banners. Full disclosure, there was an error with one of our orders but that was dealt with swiftly and competently to our total satisfaction, and within our deadlines.”

We therefore do not offer artwork checks or pdf proofs as standard. These can be requested however if during your order you send us your artwork via email/WeTransfer. In your email/WeTransfer you can add to the pre-populated information and request an artwork check/ pdf proof for approval. Please note, requesting a proof may affect your estimated delivery date. “Good service, printing, and print quality, only issue was a small amount of sticky residue on part of the poster but as it is only for brief use I am not fussed about this”

“The programmes themselves were stunning and we had lots of compliments about the quality. The problems occurred with delivery. The estimate day being wednesday, which changed to Thursday and then did not arrive. After much chasing, told they would arrive at 2pm by parcel force. That came and went and after many calls to say they were on the way, they did not. We managed to track it down to the depot luckily which was 15 miles away and get them just in time for our show. Very stressful though and would avoid the parcel force delivery options in future.”

We have tried many different couriers over the years, we find Parcel Force to be one of the best and have an on-time delivery rate of over 96%. I am sorry that the courier let you and ourselves down with the delivery on this occasion. However, I am delighted that you are happy with the print quality. “I was looking for an inexpensive banner and digital print were very competitively priced. I was slightly disappointed with the finish as the eyelets have been badly attached. However the printing is clear and bright. The vinyl quality is as you would expect in a product in this price range.”

We do find on rare occasions that the material will go like this when the eyelets are put on, however as these are viewed from a distance and tied up, it is rare that this can be seen, I am delighted that you are happy with the printing and quality.
