“The print was as good as ever. However, the three business card boxes were tightly packed in a Jiffy Bag and sadly this didn't provide adequate protection. The bag had ripped open and the plastic boxes inside had completely smashed along one side. Fortunately the cards were not damaged.”

“Good website, easy to use, competitive pricing, paper good quality, print quality pretty good only slight issue was the print was slightly darker than the proof, however this isn't uncommon, so i will use in future but will ensure photos are slightly lighter.”

Hi Daniel, thanks so much for taking the time to review, we really do appreciate it! We are delighted that you were so impressed with the service, competitive pricing and excellent quality products. We only supply a pdf proofing service so I assume you got a proof emailed and as it is impossible to match colour on screen to the printed item, we only recommend pdf proofs for copy checking. Going forward, if something is colour sensitive I would recommend getting a flat unfinished sheet printed (for minimum order charge + VAT) and then you can ensure that colours will be consistent. “Very impressed with the quick easy ordering and service. Just disappointed that the stickers were a bit bent and crumpled at the corners when they arrived so slightly scruffy but won't affect what I'm using them for.”

“Second order from Digital Printing, quality is just as good as before. When I couldn't see a template offered on their site, they made one up for me and sent over. Very helpful company and friendly bunch. Only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the order took twice as long to arrive as estimated. Was by standard Royal Mail so maybe not their fault, but perhaps setting a more realistic delivery window and receiving things earlier than expected would be better than wondering if it's been lost in the post.”

“Happy with the service and printing. Had an issue with the express delivery (which wasn't so express) but this was down to the postal company and not Digital Printing. DP fixed the problem promptly.”

“I've been using Digital printing for a few years now and I've generally had no issues, once i learned what their requirements were to printing, everything has been stellar, with positive comments all round, missed orders/printing are a very rare occurrence, only having one order go completely missing, everything has been great, would highly recommend them”

“prints were fine but the cut on the A5 sheets were off centre. They kindly then offered to reprint the fliers for me as a goodwill gesture, which I was very appreciative of. Would use them again.”

“Generally speaking a very good service. The only downside is that there was a technical issue when uploading my file that meant half of my images were printed on the pages as error boxes”

“Overall I've had a really positive experience with the company. My only issue was that the extra charges are not clear and to be found on the site. I was using an offer that I'd received through your email alerts and made sure to spend just over the min amount to qualify for the discount only to find that there were artwork charges for multiple designs. These charges should be made very clear at some point in the process before proceeding to payment. I was really relieved to find a live webchat to assist me and Carrie was really helpful. A deal was agreed and I was very happy for the help and the order that arrived so quickly. Will definitely be returning. Thanks DigitalPrint :) Emma”
