“UPDATE - This was resolved a few days later when the head of sales called me after becoming aware of the situation. The stickers were re-printed and resupplied after he apologised. Seems to have been new staff not up to speed on how to deal with customers issues. Have changed my review from Very Poor to Good. ORIGINAL POST - Stickers arrived on a sheet, not individually as indicated on the website front page from a picture of an individual sticker. Once the stickers had arrived I queried this with Digital Printing who told me that on the sticker product page (a page I hadn't actually visited prior to purchase) it stated this. And that a subsequent picture showed stickers on a sheet. But what about that single one on the front of their site. I replied that I clicked on the sticker option to be taken to a Instant Quote / Buy Now area, where it doesn't state that stickers come on a sheet. I double checked my purchase process before contacting them and on none of the pages, from front to sticker to order to purchase to invoice does it tell me this. So I hadn't missed it, but I made sure to check if I had before I emailed them. Their unhelpful response is that it's my fault. I highlighted their DP Guarantee, which on their website front page states "If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we guarantee to reprint it straight away or offer you a full refund!" to have a pedantic reply highlighting words designed to undermine my query and is effectively a shrug of the shoulders from the company telling me it's my all my fault, not theirs. Whilst genuine mistakes can happen their pedantic and even passive aggressive response to me, a new customer of theirs, is insulting, shocking and goes against their apparent thousands of happy customers claim on their website's front page. In this case, I feel it both partly my fault for not checking every webpage regarding potential sticker issues and printing options, and their total lack of acceptance they have been anything other than perfect.”

“I love DigitalPrinting! I only have two problems if I *had* to complain. 1. I don't like how the VAT + Delivery are not added until I go through to confirming the order. I order prints for lots of clients and its annoying to have to go through the process pretending I am confirming the order with you just so I can get a quote for my client - it would be much easier and save me a lot of hassle if this was clearly written somewhere when you go to add to the basket. 2. If I am printing something double sided, I find it hard to confirm which artwork is for which side. - This could be fixed by adding a preview button (much like instantprint) so you know how the artwork is going to come out. Other than that, you *usually* provide an excellent service.”

“The print was as good as ever. However, the three business card boxes were tightly packed in a Jiffy Bag and sadly this didn't provide adequate protection. The bag had ripped open and the plastic boxes inside had completely smashed along one side. Fortunately the cards were not damaged.”

“Good website, easy to use, competitive pricing, paper good quality, print quality pretty good only slight issue was the print was slightly darker than the proof, however this isn't uncommon, so i will use in future but will ensure photos are slightly lighter.”

We only supply a pdf proofing service so I assume you got a proof emailed and as it is impossible to match colour on screen to the printed item, we only recommend pdf proofs for copy checking. Going forward, if something is colour sensitive I would recommend getting a flat unfinished sheet printed (for minimum order charge + VAT) and then you can ensure that colours will be consistent. “Second order from Digital Printing, quality is just as good as before. When I couldn't see a template offered on their site, they made one up for me and sent over. Very helpful company and friendly bunch. Only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the order took twice as long to arrive as estimated. Was by standard Royal Mail so maybe not their fault, but perhaps setting a more realistic delivery window and receiving things earlier than expected would be better than wondering if it's been lost in the post.”
