“Very good quality and finish but after printing you should be more careful handling the items as mine came with numerous small scratches.”

“I had ordered 4 sets of labels and although one set was not perfectly straight they all had a very high quality finish, vibrant colours and correct dimensions. Delivery was as promised. It was just disappointing that the alignment was not perfect on one of the sets but otherwise it was a good job.”

“I ordered Diwali greeting cards to send to my friends and family. As I wanted a large quantity of cards, I decided to create my own design. It was easy to use the online system to order my cards. I had to speak with an advisor to understand the different finishes as I wanted to be sure I would be able to write my own personal messages inside. I think this could be an improvement to the website - either a short description or some pictures to help understand what type of finishes are available. Alternatively offer to send out samples or a chart of the different finishes offered. This would be particular useful for regular customers like myself. I was really happy with the finished product. The first artwork that I submitted was blurry and I was happy to be contacted by the production team to get the opportunity to rectify this. The price was good and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend using digitalprinting.”

“Love how fast and accurately this worked. Would love to see PDF proofing added to the mix though. Please see www.printrunner.com. It is a US site [I am new to England], but only that keeps you from getting the top star in my book. Everything else was SPOT ON. But I am a designer with 30 years design and print experience. So setting up stuff is easier for me than the average lay person who may use your site. That said, I had to use your template and was unable to tell if a simple PDF to print export might have yielded the same result and been MUCH EASIER for me.”

“Very clear and easy ordering process. However at no point did it show me a preview of my order or send a digital proof. The final product was fortunately as i hoped.”

“Nice printing & competitive price , only disappointment that was the preview shown on the screen does not reflect the actual size of the letters at thd final printed out business cards. The writing shown to be really small o. The final print out.”

“Prompt shipping. Only downside is that you have to be computer savvy to load your pictures or logo if you are making a banner; because there are no IT personnel on their site to assist you.Otherwise my product came out great. Thanks.”

“My art work was printed fast after my order was approved and looked good, apart from the Cropping was slightly out. Not having a instant preview of work was slightly limiting, with the call helpline not being very helpful about the printing details needed.”

Hi Martyn Thanks for your review and for taking my call. As I said, had you not been happy with the cropping we would have been happy to replace the booklets affected for you. As there is always a small degree of movement when printing and finishing a job, it is recommended that you avoid printed borders placed too close to the edge of a page as they may look uneven when the job is trimmed. This is advised in our Support section on the website. As I said if there is ever an issue with your order please contact us immediately and we will investigate it promptly for you. On the rare occasion something should go wrong we always like to deal with it as quickly as possible. “A top quality run of prints of the image as a whole with unexpected bonus on additional prints and other sundries. A little concerned that it wasn't as vibrate as I would intended, however that is a miner issue. Otherwise a very recommendable service that I would and probably use again.”

In terms of the vibrancy of your colours I've had our prepress team check your artwork and it has been supplied to us in RGB rather than the CMYK (we specify CMYK on our artwork checklist). The reason we request it to be supplied in CMYK is because when converted at this end colours can appear washed out if supplied in RGB.
