“good quality print at a good price, not a huge amount of communication, but there wasn't too much to communicate about for a straightforward order. would use again!”

“Very pleased with the banner I ordered, but ordering on line was very tedious and lengthy as there was a problem with the website, asking me for ever more unnecessary details and my order not being accepted. Problem eventually solved by phoning up, though not until person at the other end accepted that the problem was with the website and not with me...”

“The website was easy to use. Really good range of options compared to rivals. The print job was perfect on the image side of the postcard but somehow was reversed on the back - we can live with it but not cure how that mistake can be avoided again”

“I am so pleased with the stickers and stand poster I have received from Digital Printing, they are exactly what I wanted. However, I paid extra for delivery on a certain day and only half of the order arrived on time so I couldn't use the products I had specifically ordered for an event.”

“First time I have used digital printing and after a little bit of confusion on my part as to not understanding that they don't design you sign for you I found there service and response to my problem very good. When I had then got my design done and sent in there response, print and delivery was great. The quality of the sign is really good too, I will most certainly use them again in the future.”

“Found the process very easy and straightforward. Competitive price and good quality end product. After ordering I suddenly decided it might have been better to go with a thicker paper but there didn't seem to be any way of amending the order. Other than this, good experience,”

“The printing quality and turnaround speed was excellent...5 Stars However, the packaging was not boxed so a quarter of my job was damaged in the post, bent and unusable. Recommend that you box your items to avoid damage like this in the post. Otherwise, many thanks!”

“I received my order very quickly and was very impressed. The quality, thickness and finish of the card is just what I wanted. However my logo, printed on one side of the card, is slightly out of focus. This is a real shame as I uploaded a file within the size restrictions and it was good quality upon ordering.”

“Good print but I want to believe your system does double VAT taxation. The first VAT was added at the point of removing the 10% discount and artwork submission and another VAT added at the point of applying delivery charge.”

Hi Sam, thanks for taking the time to review us. I would like to assure you that we do not add vat twice. If you check your invoice you will see the nett amount charged and the vat amount. Some printed goods are zero rated for vat and others aren't. There is a VAT guide on the website. I am glad you were happy with our printing and hopefully we will see you again soon. Thanks

“For the value, Digital Printing are fantastic, their stock and print quality are great, my only niggle is the cutting, on a couple of occasions the cut has not been straight and slightly off centre.”

“Great turn round. Very professional. Quality great. Because the centre spread artwork had to be separate pages the image that ran over the gutter had a slight break. Never mind, it's not the end of the world. Overall a great job. Thanks”
