“PROS: - Plenty of choice compared to other websites, I was particularly drawn to uncoated paper. Most other websites seem to either offer 'silk', 'matte', or 'gloss'. - Templates provided - Quality of print, once arrived, I was very impressed with - Relatively easy upload process - The website is easy to use, and I particularly enjoy how quick the price calculator is - Arrived really quickly. Like, really quickly. Majorly impressed. Thank you! CONS: - There is no preview of upload. It's unnerving spending money and not being able to see what your product will look like until it arrives. - I had to e-mail the team quite a few times to ask questions about printing, despite looking on their website for help first (FAQs), and the individuals who responded didn't make me feel 100% comfortable (I felt like a bit of a nuisance) - I am used to supplying a cover separately so I can design a spread that covers both the front and back page, including designing my own spine. They did not offer this service, and I had to design the front and back page as two individual pages that did not connect (I also couldn't design the spine). - My files were quite large (about 100MB) and I had to send it using a third-party file sender (wetransfer.com). Other websites allow uploads up to 200MB without having to use a third-party website.”

“Dear sirs, I was very happy with the layout and quality of the menus you did for me and although it was originally my fault as I designed the menu, I did think that you would have spell checked the document before printing it this I am not happy about.”

“This is my 5th or 6th batch of A6 stickers - the quality has been consistently high, but I'm disappointed that the backing paper angle has changed, so it's hard to peel now and the corners become messy.”

“Your helpful team did quickly respond to my request to see a proof before labels were printed, although it took me a little while to work out what to do. A simple 'proof before ordering' option would have been easier and quicker for me.”

“great quality of work however for my most previous job they didn't pay attention to detail. There was a white and black theme for the business cards and they ended up putting black with black and white with white. The client was happy to keep them as they are but I don't expect this again when I reprint them Digital Printing.”
