“I was pleased with the overall service: the website is great, as was the final product and packaging. And the delivery time was as estimated. The only negative was when I came to count the numbers of the items that I had ordered. Having checked twice just in case, it was a shame to find that although most of my order was complete; one of the items was lacking in quantity. I had ordered a run of 30 postcards in 6 separate designs, but for one of these I only received 24. It is only a matter of pence or a few pounds, but it does ultimately effect the cost per item. Either way, I was happy enough with the service.”

“Quality of the prints was good as usual. However the packaging was completely soaked and the prints would have been ruined had they not been in a plastic sleeve.”

“Very fast delivery and a reasonable price. The roll fold folder, one of three jobs I ordered, although well printed was not very well folded, leaving a small white edge on view. I also wish I had used heavier paper for the card. When I order from dp again (I probably wil) I will talk to customer service to finalise the details.”

“Service, ordering system, price and print quality where ace chaps. The packaging was a bit poor though, we had a slight corner bend over the whole batch.”

“My original review appears below - I've upgraded my 3 star rating to 4 stars as I appreciate the time customer service took to call me about my review, and they have refunded the delivery fee. The stickers did turn out well and at a cheaper price than I found elsewhere, so I was happy with the product and would use them again as long as I wasn't on an urgent deadline. The stickers I ordered turned out fine so ultimately I was happy with the product, but there was no response to my enquiry to customer service during production and the stickers arrived a day late. If you need guaranteed expedited delivery I wouldn't rely on this service, but if you're not on a tight timeline it may be fine.”

“Really nice quality printing, and arrived quickly too. My one shock was that I'd accidentally asked for express printing and it cost me over £40 - or the equivalent of having to sell 20 soaps to make the money back - way too much for a micro business”

“Really quick and great quality- card stock is lovely and the colours look vibrant. (My only slight beef is that whoever elastic banded the sets of different cards together clearly scratched the top card on each set, and on a few the solid black was scratched/worn - unsure if this is a print thing as being a digi designer I rarely get anything printed so it might be an issue when printing lots of solid black) Overall though the cards look lovely and are of brilliant quality - and much cheaper than Moo - the fact you can have many different designs within the one print run is something they really should shout out loud as it makes things like Christmas cards so much more cost-effective! Their sample pack was also worth a look. I will definitely use them again.”

“Unfortunately have to say 'poor' but not due to quality of product. Delighted with finished article. However a day late arriving mainly due to weather and missed event they were meant for. However DP offered refund of cost so that helps. Would still use again. Thanks.”

Hi Liz, thank you for the review, I am glad to see you have received the product and you are happy with it. Unfortunately on this occasion and due to the adverse weather it was out of our control and the courier was slightly delayed on meeting their target. We believe the couriers we use are the best. Their ‘on time’ delivery rate of over 97% speaks for itself. In the very unlikely event your delivery arrives later that estimated we cannot be held responsible. “Very pleased with the banner I ordered, but ordering on line was very tedious and lengthy as there was a problem with the website, asking me for ever more unnecessary details and my order not being accepted. Problem eventually solved by phoning up, though not until person at the other end accepted that the problem was with the website and not with me...”

“The website was easy to use. Really good range of options compared to rivals. The print job was perfect on the image side of the postcard but somehow was reversed on the back - we can live with it but not cure how that mistake can be avoided again”

“I am so pleased with the stickers and stand poster I have received from Digital Printing, they are exactly what I wanted. However, I paid extra for delivery on a certain day and only half of the order arrived on time so I couldn't use the products I had specifically ordered for an event.”
