“Nice printing & competitive price , only disappointment that was the preview shown on the screen does not reflect the actual size of the letters at thd final printed out business cards. The writing shown to be really small o. The final print out.”

“Quick turn-around. However the upload artwork function never works. It never accepts a standard PDF. Always have to email it manually.”

“Prompt shipping. Only downside is that you have to be computer savvy to load your pictures or logo if you are making a banner; because there are no IT personnel on their site to assist you.Otherwise my product came out great. Thanks.”

“My art work was printed fast after my order was approved and looked good, apart from the Cropping was slightly out. Not having a instant preview of work was slightly limiting, with the call helpline not being very helpful about the printing details needed.”

Hi Martyn Thanks for your review and for taking my call. As I said, had you not been happy with the cropping we would have been happy to replace the booklets affected for you. As there is always a small degree of movement when printing and finishing a job, it is recommended that you avoid printed borders placed too close to the edge of a page as they may look uneven when the job is trimmed. This is advised in our Support section on the website. As I said if there is ever an issue with your order please contact us immediately and we will investigate it promptly for you. On the rare occasion something should go wrong we always like to deal with it as quickly as possible. “A top quality run of prints of the image as a whole with unexpected bonus on additional prints and other sundries. A little concerned that it wasn't as vibrate as I would intended, however that is a miner issue. Otherwise a very recommendable service that I would and probably use again.”

In terms of the vibrancy of your colours I've had our prepress team check your artwork and it has been supplied to us in RGB rather than the CMYK (we specify CMYK on our artwork checklist). The reason we request it to be supplied in CMYK is because when converted at this end colours can appear washed out if supplied in RGB. “UPDATE - This was resolved a few days later when the head of sales called me after becoming aware of the situation. The stickers were re-printed and resupplied after he apologised. Seems to have been new staff not up to speed on how to deal with customers issues. Have changed my review from Very Poor to Good. ORIGINAL POST - Stickers arrived on a sheet, not individually as indicated on the website front page from a picture of an individual sticker. Once the stickers had arrived I queried this with Digital Printing who told me that on the sticker product page (a page I hadn't actually visited prior to purchase) it stated this. And that a subsequent picture showed stickers on a sheet. But what about that single one on the front of their site. I replied that I clicked on the sticker option to be taken to a Instant Quote / Buy Now area, where it doesn't state that stickers come on a sheet. I double checked my purchase process before contacting them and on none of the pages, from front to sticker to order to purchase to invoice does it tell me this. So I hadn't missed it, but I made sure to check if I had before I emailed them. Their unhelpful response is that it's my fault. I highlighted their DP Guarantee, which on their website front page states "If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we guarantee to reprint it straight away or offer you a full refund!" to have a pedantic reply highlighting words designed to undermine my query and is effectively a shrug of the shoulders from the company telling me it's my all my fault, not theirs. Whilst genuine mistakes can happen their pedantic and even passive aggressive response to me, a new customer of theirs, is insulting, shocking and goes against their apparent thousands of happy customers claim on their website's front page. In this case, I feel it both partly my fault for not checking every webpage regarding potential sticker issues and printing options, and their total lack of acceptance they have been anything other than perfect.”
