Some confusion about how to prepare my images for the bookmarks I was ordered, cleared up when I talked to someone rather than exchanging emails. The instructions could be a little clearer, or the template amended to be the actual size required.
Once that was sorted out, the order went through promptly, and the bookmarks look excellent.
