“Pleased with the printing of my greeting cards and the speedy delivery. However trying to get advice on sending the initial pdf was impossible to get and nearly made me try another printer”

We don't offer proof as standard and do ask for artwork be provided print ready. We do list templates and hints and tips on the product pages to assist with this. With over 1000 jobs a day we would not be able to offer proof on every job without slowing production down dramatically. If proof is required please do contact us directly when you order. “The first print which I was sent was not printed correctly and had some quite visible ghosting down one side blurring the image. I contact customer services and supplied some pictures of the issue and they were fantastic, resolving my issue in a professional and timely manner. Regrettably, the second print although better did exhibit some more ghosting although not as bad or as noticeable.”

“Communicative and quick turnaround which was much appreciated. My order arrived well packaged and looking great. My only criticism is that I paid for delivery which said guaranteed by midday , but it hadn't been sent using that service and arrived late which luckily I was able to work around but needed it for work so it was a bit more stressful than it needed to be. Otherwise would use this service again if I didn't need it in a big rush.”

However, we do never guarantee delivery and only ever state estimated as there are factors that are beyond even the couriers control, although with over 1000 orders a day 97% do arrive in the time expected. “While the initial screen process was simple but not foolproof against first time users I managed to get excellent help from a colleague on the phone! I wanted to review the artwork pre signing off but failed. The Service, speed of turnaround, quality of finished product and cost were all five star!”

“The staff were so helpful with my lack of IT skills and were very prompt with their responses. The only snag is that often the cards have not lined up exactly when folded so there is a bit sticking out top and bottom which makes them look a bit unprofessional.”

“Very happy with the print quality and delivery time. Only not 5 stars because of the packaging. Our prints were delivered in a box that was slightly too small, so although we ended up having no issues, there was an increased risk of damage in transit.”

“After a bit of a communications error with my order (possibly me not understanding the website order system), the finished printed products came out beautifully! I do believe that a video tutorial on how to place an order would be very useful here, but now that I know what to do, I am certain that my customer experience will be a whole lot better. Big thanks to Chris in Customer Services for being super helpful!”
