“Very pleased with the quality and value. Not so impressed with the delivery time (this was due to the courier though, who was too lazy to deliver it on two occasions!)”

“The quality of the product was very good and arrived before the event. I’ve only knocked off one star as it arrived 2 days later than originally noted due to unforeseen circumstances. I would use again.”

“Very, very, very, very, very good company. They were extremely patient with me, going back and forth with around 5 revisions. There was a slight mishap in communication with their printing team and they printed my books before sending me the pdf proof I asked for, so I addressed this and they apologised and sent me new ones with the updated file. Would definitely use again!”

“This was our third time using this service and the first two times was great, no complaints. This time the invitations we ordered came badly packaged, the plastic protection was ripped on the corners, and there was no bubble wrap, so the corners of the invitations were all squashed. Around four of them were too grubby to use, as if whoever was folding them had dirty fingers. They also have not been folded on the same part of the fold (inside/outside), so the flaps don’t meet in the centre. However, it’s a quick service and the vast majority were still okay to use and fortunately we ordered more than we needed so still had enough.”

“I am usually very happy with the service I receive from DigitPrinting but the recent order wasn't exactly as I had requested (one of the posters had been laminated even though I hadn't asked for that). However, it wasn't a disaster and I will continue to use them in the future.”

“Unfortunately the first delivery of my display board arrived with several faults, and these were not delivery related faults, they were printing and finishing issues. However the customer service team replied quickly and resolved the issue in a timely manner and reprinted and posted a second board to me within 3 days.”

“Digital printing offers a quick turnaround and dispatch at competitive prices. Their default qualities for staple bound books are pretty good for a typical event but you may wish to play around with the options if you want to establish your book as a luxury item. There’s little to no flexibility in correcting errors after you pay for a print job so be sure to triple check your work. I would extend image beyond the suggested bleed and crop marks. I’m fairly certain I used their InDesign template and still ended up with pages not quite aligning (see the image below). All in all, for the price, it was worth it and their customer service, who reply quickly and politely via email, ensure any queries are tackled in a timely manner. I would recommend!”
