As we offer an upload to print service we ask for print ready artwork to be supplied and do not offer pdf proofs as standard. These can be requested however if during your order, you send us your artwork via email/WeTransfer. In your email/WeTransfer you can add to the pre-populated information and request a pdf proof for approval. Please note, requesting a proof may affect your estimated delivery date. “I was disappointed that I was not able to see a proof before ordering, however when I contacted them they were most helpful and offered advice. The product was good and arrived in good time. It was also good value but I would like to see the finished product before the final print.”

“When I first uploaded my files for a booklet I wanted creating, I received an email with some queries about my order which then delayed my delivery. It then arrived wrongly printed which was quite annoying. However, when I rung up the company to sort this I was given great customer service by Rob who made sure my order was reprinted straightaway and arrived the next working day. He was very apologetic and kind about the situation and also sent me an extra copy for free. I think it was great value for money and couldnt find a price that matched online!”

“Having now submitted two jobs to Digital Printing I am pleased to say that the quality of print is excellent and at present I am happy to send more jobs to them. However, when compared to my previous supplier, whose print was also excellent, the turn round time and reliability of delivery is below what I would expect. It would seem that in order to get that reliability I have to request 'Express' service at a considerable in crease in price, something which was the 'norm' from my previous supplier, and that price then becomes uneconomic for smaller jobs.”

“Very pleased. I would have given a higher score but I did struggle to understand how to do two sided printing, doing more than one version of the cards, and did not understand that I could not send 'raw' photos as they would be the wrong size for printing. Consequence was that I spent over 4 hours trying to get things right and in the end did not know how to put details of the paintings printed on the cards on the back of the card.”

As an upload to print service we require that all artwork provided is print ready ie. if you order an A5 product the design you upload is A5 plus bleed where appropriate and we also ask that you follow the guidelines in our support section. If you have any queries regarding double-sided printing, the multiple versions option, etc. please don't hesitate to contact us via email, phone or our live chat facility. “Have ordered a few times now, always email to see proof before print as don't trust ordering through website alone - it's not always clear. Always good communication via email and quick delivery. Happy with products delivered.”

“The price was great and the service speedy however one of the pages wasn't aligned properly. It may have been my fault but would have been good if this had been spotted before the printing was done”
