“Great service, fast delivery, but their perfect-bound books aren't that perfect; the ones with many pages fall apart after a few uses. That's a shame, as otherwise everything is great.”

“The print quality of the 30x40 inch posters was great even though precise colour matches are a bit of a lottery shifting from RGB to CMYK colour profiles. But it was pretty good! The posters were printed on 170gsm paper, as requested – so the 10 copies as rolled in quite a narrow tube was a bit awkward to deal with on receipt and meant that they had a very heavy curl when finally extracted! A wider tube would have been better! Upload was easy and the service was very good – and very quick turn around and delivery.”

“Great job of our company Christmas cards. Fast turnaround and good help provided over phone to help get spec right. Live chat wasn't up during some business hours when i needed it, but phone was fine after my seocnd attempt.”

“The printing is beautiful and great quality. The staff is friendly and responsive. The prices are fair. However, I've had several glitches with timelines, which, in my line of business, were unacceptable. To the team's benefit, they've always been helpful, responsive, and tried their best to solve the issues - including taking responsibility, refunding payments and agreeing to cancel orders when delays were their fault. If your business can tolerate a delay here and there is it a great service to work with.”

We do state that delivery dates are estimated and never guaranteed, mainly due to the fact the courier does not offer a guaranteed service with factors able to affect transport. There can on occasion also be unforeseen technical issues with machinery which in unavoidable. However with 1000 jobs a day over 97% have no issue with delivery. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“Cant fault the printing and service from this company , however we found the templates confusing and not easy to work with . The final results were superb at a very competitive price though so well worth persistence with your design .”

We do not offer design services and our blank templates are only available to assist as they are to the correct sizes and show the bleed and crop marks we recommend. “Great product, efficient process, great quality print. Feedback: It would have helped before I sent artwork to be able to speak to a human-being. If I had not received a digital proof, the 4pp cover would have been wrongly imposed.”

“Great quality printing and quick turn around, although took a day longer than expected to arrive. Easy to use but might benefit from in website tools to add print marks and bleed + a preview function of what that would leave the final product looking like to ensure confidence in correct document upload”

“I have used Digitial Printing for 3 years running having been plesed with previous prints. Other printers tend to print our hard won astrophotogrphy images darker than they really are, but Digital Printing do a good colour. However they slipped up this year by printing our Calenderas double sided when we asked for single sided. They have however been quick to put it right by offering a reprint or future discount. So I still recommend them.”

“Ordering was very easy and my initial questions were answered quickly and efficiently. When the order arrived the leaflets hadn't been cut correctly but I received perfect replacements within a couple of days. Accidents can happen to any company, but I judge companies on how they resolve any issues, and I'm more than satisfied with Digital printing on that front and also on the quality of the final product.”
