“I was very happy with the customer service and the turn around was very fast. Unfortunately I thought the images were too dark which was disappointing. I would though use this company again.”

“Printing was fast and a great price, happy with our order, just that one of the business cards has the image on the back upside down compared to the image on the front. We are happy with the cards and don't think this would cause a problem, it would just have been nice for everything to be the same way round. Unsure how we could have requested this.”

“Really happy with the process and the product Great price too Thank you One small thing... Would be really helpful to have the price quoted WITH VAT included during the quoting process. I know the wording does include "VAT not included". But with that 20% only added at the end of the payment process it can be an unpleasant surprise.”

“I would have rated digitalprinting.co.uk as very good except for the fact that I was given poor advice when I asked about the suitability of an aspect of my design which I was concerned would not print well. I was told it would be OK but it wasn't and I am disappointed with that one part of my print run. Otherwise, a really easy site to use, the quality of the print is very good and speed of delivery excellent.”

“I really love your site, and the quality and speed of your printing. I have had a few experiences recently that haven't been great, however. Both to do with the online chat customer service: 1. I requested some paper samples as I am looking to print wedding stationery soon. I was told these would be sent out but this was over a week ago and I've not received anything. During this chat the operator kept disappearing for long periods of time. They were polite but clearly busy and just not able to give me their full attention. It was only a short request. 2. I recently received a 20% discount code that didn't work. Again via online chat I spoke to a very busy operator who I had to keep prompting to continue the conversation. They then told me they were on the phone and kept apologising. Very polite, but clearly very busy and shouldn't really have answered my chat request if they were dealing with another customer. They then told me they'd sort the code an email me back in half an hour. An hour and a half later I hadn't had any emails so I called again. I was put on hold for a fair amount of time but eventually it got sorted (and then the next day another marketing email provided another 20% discount code that I presume works, though haven't tried). Again the operator was very nice and polite and apologetic, so it could have been worse, but it seems that there weren't enough staff dealing with queries. If it wasn't for the good quality and quick turnaround I'd have given up.”
