“I was assured my order would be delivered on a certain date, which it was not - which is very disappointing. However, other than that the customer service was excellent and the product was exactly as described - but look out - speak to a representative about the colours - "ivory" isn't what it seems. While this was good for me, I know some people would expect ivory to be a shade or so lighter!”

“Very good products and excellent service! However, the courier signed for the parcel in my name without me signing for it and just posted it through the letter box.”

“Good quality print as you'd expect from HP Indigo machines. Delivered quickly. Excellent range of stocks available. If you could order customer sizes all would be perfect. Overall very happy with the job.”

“The ordering process is very simple and easy to change. There's a member of the team on hand to talk to if you need to. The items turned up in good time and the courier they chose gave me helpful updates when the package was arriving. The product itself was very good, too.”

“Quality, speed and price excellent as ever. My order of 300 copies had 32 copies missing. One quick phone call provided an immediate apology and the assurance that the missing copies will be printed and dispatched asap. As long as they arrive by tomorrow all will be well.”

“Had to try 3 times to get the order placed,but once placed we were very pleased to see the quality of the print. The post too a little longer than expected, but by only 2 days”

“First time I used the service and it was easy and painless. The finished product was exactly how I wanted if not better quality than I expected. Only downside I would say was you do not get a preview if the product so it feels a little hope and see. Would definitely use the service again.”

“I ordered two sets of printed stickers, one square one circular, both needed urgently. Ordered Thursday night, selecting the express option. I was notified of dispatch Friday morning and they arrived as promised early on Monday morning. Prices reasonable, even taking into account the express charge. On the negative side, the choice of sticker-sizes is a fairly limited, and it would also be a good thing to offer peel-able stickers alongside the normal ones.”

“Printing was fast and a great price, happy with our order, just that one of the business cards has the image on the back upside down compared to the image on the front. We are happy with the cards and don't think this would cause a problem, it would just have been nice for everything to be the same way round. Unsure how we could have requested this.”
