“The service and print quality was excellent. Just one little quibble - we wanted folded leaflets, so selected 'folded' from the menu, selected 'roll fold', type of paper etc. but didn't realise the default of 'A4 flat' meant that's how they would be delivered as opposed to the original size. Flat. Not folded. The elves were working late that night.”

“Good product, good pricing, website challenging to use in some places but it works with a little patience. Poor communication of order progress, if it hadn't been for that I'd have given 5 stars. Will definitely use again.”

“Easy to use web site. Chose options, got an instant quote, uploaded my PDF file and paid. Booklets arrived very quickly. Quality excellent. Only improvement would be if I could have seen after uploading file what my booklet would look like. I will definitely use DigitalPrinting.co.uk again.”

“I re ordered and all was well with the online help. But I never got a confirmation email. After ordering it said on the website the delivery would be on Tuesday but since I had no confirmation email I couldn’t verify this but made a note in my diary. On Monday I was on the train to say the delivery would be in the next hour. I txt back that I couldn’t be there and opted to send 2 indicating leave at nearest p. O. The automated text read cannot process this order. Then we will leave a card through your door. When I got no card I went online and looked at the signed for receipt which gave my name. It read in fact JT which is one of my neighbours. Became round with the 2 boxes and said that he felt the delivery man thought he was me!”

“Easy to use website and quick delivery, but the customer service wasn't very helpful. I was pleased with the end product, but the response I received from the member of staff I spoke to wasn't very clear and didn't really answer my question.”

“I ordered business cards which I needed for the next working day. The business cards themselves were of good quality but the delivery options are deceptive - they offer "before 9am" and "before 10am" delivery at a premium cost. I paid postage of £17.95 for delivery before 9am so I could have them for an event that day and they didn't arrive even by 10am. However, the customer service person I spoke to on that day went out of his way to check where my parcel was and although I didn't get my package in time, I was given a refund for more then postage cost which has made me much happier considering it was a frustrating experience. Be aware that the postage times are "a guide", provided by Parcel Force so they aren't guaranteed despite the options of before 9am or before 10am. I would use DigitalPrinting again because of how they handled my call, but I'd be reluctant to pay more for fast delivery.”

“Really pleased with the speed of delivery, the quality of print and the product in general. Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because one of the books contains a misprint - the first page appears again at the end. Other than that, great job.”

“The quality of the stickers are actually really good and i was very happy with them. I had an issue where half of the stickers had been cut off but that was resolved very swiftly and i had my stickers within 2 days of contacting about a problem. So stickers were great and the problem was dealt with professionally”
