“The quality of the postcards we ordered was fantastic and very good value for money. My only issue was not being able to see a proof before placing the order on the screen as you went through the process of the order online. I had to call through to ensure I saw a proof before going to print to re-assure myself that the order would look right. I was ordering 50 copies of 24 different designs, so wanted to be sure.”

I understand your thoughts on proof, however with over 1000 jobs a day we would not have the time to go through each and send for proof without delaying every order, and why we ask for artwork to be provided print ready. “Good for people who are professionals in the print and know what they are doing but not for newbies. I did a 1 off order and my order picture arrived distorted as there was a difference in the print and artwork dimensions. I'll put my hands up that I should have realised this but there were no points in the process where the automated system flagged that my print would be distorted. Wasted money for me unfortunately, had to bin.”

“I had a small print run of 6 books, 70 pages each and A5 in size. The quality of printing is excellent. The speed of production was also brilliant. I am delighted with the product. Designing and uploading the original artwork was simplicity and, overall, I am totally delighted with the product, speed and quality.”

“I was very pleased with the quality of my printed items, and it was easy to order online. Delivery was good too. Only thing I'd suggest is a bit less plastic in the packaging, as we are all trying to be eco friendly.”
