“Brilliant service! I had to do a small edition of catalogues (perfect bound books) and I was so happy with the results! The quality of the print is really good, customer support is excellent and the turnaround incredibly fast! The price is pretty convenient too, given the top notch service!”

“Really fantastic service. It was easy to select the print quality I wanted and compare prices between different options, it was easy to upload my artwork that I had exported from Canva. My wedding invitations arrived on the day they promised and were super good quality! Even the plain white envelopes were great quality! Price was good too, a bargain for the quality and service.”

“Excellent first time use for postcards and received loads extra too! I will definitely be ordering again for greeting cards ! Packaging was very torn when picked up from post office but products all ok.”

“The staff were so helpful with my lack of IT skills and were very prompt with their responses. The only snag is that often the cards have not lined up exactly when folded so there is a bit sticking out top and bottom which makes them look a bit unprofessional.”

“Excellent value for money, the books I received were also very professionally produced to a very high standard. Very speedy delivery, next day, which was very welcome and surprising. The customer service/ support staff were helpful and attentive throughout and this made a great difference. Digital are facilitating opportunities for authors to have their manuscripts transformed into books at very competitive rates.”

“Very happy with the print quality and delivery time. Only not 5 stars because of the packaging. Our prints were delivered in a box that was slightly too small, so although we ended up having no issues, there was an increased risk of damage in transit.”

“After a bit of a communications error with my order (possibly me not understanding the website order system), the finished printed products came out beautifully! I do believe that a video tutorial on how to place an order would be very useful here, but now that I know what to do, I am certain that my customer experience will be a whole lot better. “One of the prints that arrived wasn't my print at all. Apparently I received someone else's order. The corners of the larger poster were crimpled. Also I paid for expedited shipping, but the posters arrived *over 48 hours late*, and I could no longer use them. I have been chasing a refund for a while but haven't yet had a satisfactory response. Don't order from this company.”
