“There was a very obvious typo and no one spotted it on your end. However, I saw it as soon as I opened the first lot. Because the whole flyers where made from the first typo, it carried onto over 1000 copies ordered. Don't trust them to pick on spelling mistake. Check, double check yourself and have someone check for you but not digitaprinting”

Hi Ola Thanks for your review. I am sorry you are disappointed with your print. However, we do state (and provide a checklist before you upload artwork) that we ask for all artwork to be sent print ready. We do not have a design team and with 1000 orders a day we are not able to proofread every document. We are a direct-to-print company with an automated process. However, we do always wish to help customers and welcome all contact directly to us when orders are received with any issues. I have checked the tracking that was provided to you and it is stating that the courier after trying to deliver and not being able to do so have left it at your local post office for collection. “I had a quick response from customer services to a query & my printed material arrived within a few days, slightly faster than promised. I was really happy with the print- I paid a little extra for heavier paper & finish, it was well worth it. The price was excellent value.”

“An order for 50 “Save the Dates” arrived quickly and the quality of the printing was very good. The printing of the Photoshop PDF file via the uploader on the website was true to the colours on screen and printed up to the edge of the A6 card as per the design. Exactly what we were hoping they would be. Thanks”
