“As a complete novice, I was amazed at the ease of which everything fitted together. I was beginning to think I was never going to see my work in print. I did contact them late Thursday evening with a query of which one reply, first thing Friday Morning, answered my question. I never rely on my own judgment but everyone who has received a copy was delighted with it”

“Really upset with the service. The prints still have not been delivered. I paid for them to arrive 5 days ago. They keep being sent to an incorrect postcode. Have spent all day trying to sort this out but can’t even get hold of a human being at this company”

“Decent products, quick service before you make the order. However, the next day delivery advertised is not to be trusted. They use unreliable services like PDP.”

Hi Anna Thanks for your review. We do always wish to provide quality prints so I am glad you are happy with your product but I am sorry that your order was delayed by the courier. Unfortunately, we can never guarantee delivery as couriers do not offer this service. We do find that with over 1000 jobs a day, our current courier does deliver over 97% of orders within the estimated time which is the most successful. I can see that due to the failed delivery on this occasion, we did refund the delivery costs back to you. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“I had planned to print my own wedding invitations, but decided to try this company online. I wasn’t quite sure about something to do with my artwork. I contacted their customer services who answered the following morning telling me that everything was ok. I received my invitations a few days later and I love them! I want other things printed to go with the invites, but had wanted to see how they turned out first before ordering anything else. I’ll definitely be ordering the extras now! Great price for lovely invitations and envelopes, I would definitely recommend DigitalPrinting.co.uk!!”
