“I'm a returning customer to Digital Printing. We chose to use the booklet printing service for the order of service booklets for my father's funeral. The format options were clear and well explained making it easy to choose or options and the online chat meant I was quickly able to amend the uploaded artwork when I realised there was a typing error. This was rectified quickly and someone confirmed via email that the correct artwork had been received and would be printed. The total order cost was half the price of what it would have been if we'd done it directly through the funeral directors. The production and delivery was also very speedy, lessening the stress whilst organising other elements of the service. I will definitely return to direct printing for future needs and won't hesitate to recommend to others looking for high quality printed products with an easy order process and speedy turnaround.”

“I have used DigitalPrinting.co.uk twice now. I am not a graphic designer and have not set up documents with bleed before, but I found the information on the website was very clear and comprehensive, and I was able to provide the artwork correctly formatted without having to contact DP at any point. The options for specification for my booklets was easy to use and helpful. Within a few hours of submitting my order, their 'For print' version appeared on my online account for me to view. The two orders have arrived in 53hours and 47hours respectively. This is absolutely incredible speed and service, and this was without using their express-order service. This finished products are beyond perfect - very high quality. I have not found any errors, blurs or misalignments in any copy. All mistakes were down to my own proof-reading failures. The perfect-bound and saddle-stitched options have both been superb and solid. I could not be happier with this company and I will never look anywhere else for booklet-printing knowing what these guys can do. Many thanks.”

“We ordered new labels for our food stall and when they arrived, it was a completely different set. We could not use our branding on the first day of business and that set us back! The company still hasn’t bothered to contact us about this. Surely, they knew there was a mistake if someone else got sent our stickers.”
