“From start to finish Digital Printing were amazing! It was my first time using any online printing service and I felt not only supported but also that I'd received personal service. Then Ian went the extra mile and because of the Christmas Royal Mail delay actually did another print run and despatched it to arrive within hours so that we could receive our order in time for our event. I will certainly use them again and can thoroughly recommend this company.”

We did have difficulties with your order and did keep you informed of the issue during production. “1. Delivery promised for the next day. Came the day after, so that we missed the occasion we needed them for. Perhaps down to the delivery firm. 2. The postcards were packed in a way that they arrived curved and have never straightened since. 3. The white background appears as a light cream which gives the front a dingy look. So disappointing overall. Well, you did ask!”

We also do state that all delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed as the couriers do not provide this service with factors able to affect transport. “Excellent Service! Excellent workmanship! Fast turnaround and delivery! Great Customer Service communication! “Fantastic and speedy service, we needed wedding invites in two different languages and both arrived together as expected. Really gorgeous print, we chose the white polar pearl special paper, really pleased with how this looks and shimmers in the light. The team were also very quick to act on our enquiry when we uploaded an incorrect version of our invitation. Really pleased overall and highly recommend.”

“I was concerned that the double-sided printing we wanted for a concert programme would work so that we could fold an A4 sheet down into a mini-programme that opens up. I was able to arrange to see a proof and to give specific instructions. Not only were they followed to the letter, but the programmes also arrived folded up for us. Thank you digital-printing for a very good service.”
