“Many thanks to Digital Printing for sorting out my order. It was done during the Christmas period and there were some complications but it was quickly and efficiently dealt with. The delivery was quick too.”

“I have used this company for a few years and there is almost always something wrong with the order, missing items or things going completely wrong, just recently I ordered 6x100 greeting card designs and what delivered was 25 of only one design and nothing else in the order! Its like a company is being run with all the reliability of ChatGPT, you can't trust it at any point! make sure you inspect every inch of your order when it arrives. I've had enough and moving my business elsewhere, it's cheap prices but you can't rely on them at all and your order has to be sent out again so don't use them when you have a deadline. It makes my business look unreliable when I have to explain to customers that I need to delay their order because my suppliers messed up. They also seem to not pick up their phone anymore to get you to use the live chat on their website, i waited 20 minutes on hold before using it.”

Hi Lee Thanks for your review. I am sorry you have had issues with orders - we do always wish to rectify issues raised by customers so they are happy with their orders. I appreicate there have been packing issues with your order on more than one occasion and these have been investigated and dealt with by management as we always wish customers to receive orders on time and be happy. We always rectify any issues on our side promptly to avoid delay. With producing over 1000 jobs a day we do have a very high success rate and I hope you give us a chance to show this to you. “Delivery and responses were fast, but the product was a complete waste of money. If printing a novel, don't use their pre-set 'recommended' parameters or it will weigh like lead, and remember bespoke orders have no buyer protection. PUR binding is no more flexible than 'perfect' bound. When I complained I was told 'we have thousands of happy customers .....'”

Hi Alex Thanks for your review. I am sorry the order has not arrived as expected. However as discussed in a lengthy chat yesterday you had placed an order with paper at 130gsm. This was based that most customers choose for this product. Other options are available. You were comparing this to a print from a different company where you had ordered on 80gsm so therefore would be a lot lighter. We do have customer satisfaction on the quality of print - this is for any mistakes made in printing - not if we provide what was ordered and you then don't like it. The order was provided to you as ordered correctly with the recommended specifications you chose, which is what most customers order and are happy with. “We used this service during a sensitive marriage phase. Phone monitoring was consent-based. iPhone checks were accurate. WhatsApp summaries were well organized. Facebook access history was explained calmly. Surveillance stayed controlled. It helped guide open discussions. My wife felt comfortable. No fear tactics. Worth hiring.”

“Print quality was acceptable. Delivery was late and book was printed both sides of each page when the instruction was to print single-sided. Glue used to bind the book is not good at all. Disappointed …”

Hi Adil Thanks for your review.. I am sorry that there were issues with the order. As the courier does not offer a guaranteed service with factors able to affect transport we do state that delivery dates are estimated. I can see it was delivered on the next working day. As a result, we did arrange a refund of the delivery costs. I can also see that we have contacted directly regarding the issue with the print - and have been waiting a reply so we can process the best way to resolve this for you. “On a second order, due to the lack of experience, I missed the page number was placed incorrectly. It required simply by an additional blank page. As a consequence, DigitalPrinting printed the page number in the inner margin. Customer service (Chris Mccullough) referred to the file layout as counterargument. A proper customer service/assistance would have advised on such evident issue. The font quality also varies.”

“I cannot recommend DigitalPrinting.co.uk enough! Their customer service is truly amazing and they are incredibly easy to communicate with. I had a bit of a chaotic situation: I sent over artwork for my menus, but shortly after, I realized the pricing was wrong. I contacted them immediately to stop the job so I could send revised files. I sent the new artwork over, but due to a small mix-up, the menus arrived printed with the original (incorrect) artwork. I emailed them straight away to explain the situation. Their response was fantastic—no arguments and no stress. They acknowledged the mistake immediately, and even though I had changed things mid-process, they took full responsibility and rectified it. It’s rare to find a company that handles hiccups with such grace and speed. If you want a printer that actually listens and supports their customers, this is the place. I’ll definitely be using them again!”

I am sorry that the new artwork did not get processed as we do operate a direct to print service for the quick turnaround, however as you say when we made the error when it should have been changed we do wish to always rectify promptly so the quality prints are with you asap. “Excellent work! I'm very happy with my order. I had to change my artwork, and they were very accommodating in making sure this happened, partly because I had already sent an email, which meant my order was on hold. Please be aware that this may not always be the case, as stated on their site. Overall, great experience. Thank you!”

“My orginal package didnt arrive as expected, but there were very bad weather conditions. Digitial printing did a second run the day I raise the issue and sent it express. It arrive very quickly. Excellent resonse. Excellent customer service.”
