“The printing is beautiful and great quality. The staff is friendly and responsive. The prices are fair. However, I've had several glitches with timelines, which, in my line of business, were unacceptable. To the team's benefit, they've always been helpful, responsive, and tried their best to solve the issues - including taking responsibility, refunding payments and agreeing to cancel orders when delays were their fault. If your business can tolerate a delay here and there is it a great service to work with.”

Hi Ron Thanks for your review. I am glad you are so pleased with your prints and the service we provide. We do state that delivery dates are estimated and never guaranteed, mainly due to the fact the courier does not offer a guaranteed service with factors able to affect transport. There can on occasion also be unforeseen technical issues with machinery which in unavoidable. However with 1000 jobs a day over 97% have no issue with delivery. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“I have used DP for all my printing in recent years. They never fail to supply quality products on time. Should there ever be a cause to contact them, the response is professional and swift. Excellent. I really do recommend them.”

“Cant fault the printing and service from this company , however we found the templates confusing and not easy to work with . The final results were superb at a very competitive price though so well worth persistence with your design .”

We do not offer design services and our blank templates are only available to assist as they are to the correct sizes and show the bleed and crop marks we recommend. “The print quality is good. But the packaging is bad. Last time I thought it was by accident all my prints were bent. Also this time, some of my prints’ edges are cut off. I checked my original files, they’re all good. Please check and get back to me. I’m attaching the pictures.”

Hi Dongi Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your order did not arrive as expected. However I can see you did not place artwork to the correct size for flat unfinished sheets. As stated on the website product page - We print on flat sheets which are sized at 460mm x 320mm, however, the printable area is only 438 x 308mm*, which is why we have created the templates at that size. If creating your own artwork without the help of a template please ensure that your artwork stays within the printable area. This is why the edge was cut off on your print.
