“We use DigitalPrinting because of the quick turnover but of late it is hit and miss with them. Placed an urgen order with them for delivery on Saturday-morning - paid extra for the service. On Friday-evening at 5 minutes to six received an email that they were not be able to deliver on Saturday but that the job would go out on Monday with Tuesday arrival! Couple weeks later placed another order and paid extra to have a fast turn-over with a faster delivery. AGAIN being told that they would not make the delivery date we paid for.... As a customer this is really annoying because when you ask for a quote it states that it would be ready the following day but this is not really the case....”

Hi Peter Thanks for your review. I am sorry you have had issues with delays to your order. We do process 1000 jobs a day and only on occasion we encounter an unforeseen technical issue that impacts production (as is nature when working machines and systems). We do always seek to complete as many as possible which is why it is only when the last collection with the courier has gone do we have confirmation of which orders did not. We do prioritise to ensure they despatch the next day and often upgrade deliveries. We do state that all delivery dates are estimated as the courier also does not offer a guaranteed delivery service. “Sorry but just like my previous order oct 25 the poster tube was damaged resulting in a squashed poster inside which when framed doesn’t look good. In October to be fair I complained and you re sent another. This isn’t your fault. It’s the fault of the courier company. This time I’ve not complained because I just don’t have the time. But thought I should make you aware that it’s not great. I’m a graphic designer who prides myself with high attention to detail within my jobs for print. Every year I design a numbered poster for my children representing their characters at that moment in time. The print execution is key as it’s framed.”

“Went back to this company after a good first experience however it’s been a waste of time 2nd time around. Ordered 100 worth of portfolio Wednesday 3rd a June as they promise 24 hr dispatch and I had a deadline I needed to meet. I asked them to confirm immediately that the pages will be printed correctly and this was confirmed mid morning Thursday 4th. Giving them plenty of time to print and dispatch on this day. I get an email to say they won’t be dispatched until Friday because I had asked them to just make sure the pages were right sounds simple right!!! So then as they are closing Friday 4th they let me know it’s still not being dispatched! At this point I ask them to send next day post to rectify their poor customer service or refund immediately. They then leave it until Monday 8th to tell me they’ve cancelled and will submit a refund request for 10 days! Wow what a joke so you guarantee a service you don’t deliver leave me wondering what’s happening and then cancel it rather than helping your customers by getting alternative same day post arrangements sorted because of your errors. Students do not rely on this service to get your work printed on time!!! See less”

Thanks for your review. I am sorry you are not happy with the order - and I am sorry that your order was delayed on Friday along with a number of orders due to an unforeseen technical issue. We do always wish to avoid this and do best to avoid delays working up to the last collection of the day, however we were not able to complete all orders and we did contact you to let you know at this point. The order had been delayed previously as you asked for a PDF proof and needed changes made to the artwork so we could not start on time. You did email us on Friday night stating if we could not delivery on Saturday to cancel and refund the order. When we returned on Monday morning this is what we did for you. The courier does not collect at the weekends nor offers same day delivery. We do state that all delivery dates are estimated - we never promise or guarantee any delivery - as the courier also does not offer this with factors able to affect transport. We state this on all correspondence and on the invoice provided. I am sorry for any confusion that led you to believe it was promised or guaranteed, and although with 1000 jobs a day 97% have no issues there can be unfortunate delays in production or delivery that are beyond our control. “I recently ordered 3 of the platinum pull up displays and was absolitely delighted with the service I received. When there was an issue with the way I ordered (3 stands and 2 designs) I was contacted by a person who sorted everything and waived any additional fees. Such a novelty to not have to use a tedious bot! For anyone in N.Ireland you will be glad to know their delivery charge is very realistic unlike very many competitors. Quality of print and stand construction are great. Will definitely now be my go to company for sourcing displays.”
