“When someone sends their work away into the digital ether, produced through much blood, sweat and tears, there is always an element of doubt and fear that it’s going to be a total car crash, but fear not, Digital Printing UK do an amazing job. “Unfortunately unlike previous experiences this time was very different. The printed journals were dispatched on time but die to poor choice of courier by DP, the delivery was 4 days late. There was no compensation offered. Only that T&Cs state that they can deliver upto 30 days from the stated day. This is disappointing. We lost 2.5k plus our reputation. I will certainly recommend that if you have a deadline find someother printer.”

Hi Indranil Thanks for your review. I am sorry you had an issue with the delivery. We do state that the delivery dates are estimated as the courier do not offer a guaranteed delivery as factors can affect transport. The delay did mean it was after the weekend which is why it was 4 days as Monday would be the next working day. As we do state estimated delivery we would not refund a full refund for a delivery made within acceptable estimated time. The delivery was then refused by your office and returned to us which then took longer as we then resdespatched to you once it was returned as you still wished the prints to use them. They have now been delivered. No couriers offer a guaranteed delivery. Many Thanks Luke Digital Printing

“Every time I use DigitalPrinting.co.uk I am delighted with the results. The pre-made templates for each product make the design process much easier, and the print quality has always been exceptional - considering the price. Furthermore, I have always found their customer service to be very helpful - both in getting the file ready for print, and following dispatch (my most recent order was lost by Royal Mail, and the team at DigitalPrinting.co.uk not only refunded my shipping costs, but also helped me in tracking down the parcel and getting it delivered next-day).”

“Print quality was bad. Very dark and kinda blurry. Packaging is not good enough to prevent wrinkles, it’s a plastic bag in an envelope. I will not be ordering here again.”

I can see you provided RGB coloured artwork which will appear darker on a printed page as they are designed for lit screens and monitors. “It all just went completely smoothly. Of course it is always a bit of a worry when submitting photos edited on your computer that they may not turn out exactly the way you see them on your screen, especially the colour balance. But these postcards were perfect. Just how I imagined them.”
