Very helpful service, easy to navigate the platform with loads of advice and guidelines to getting things right. Products look good and the pricing points work really well. The print quality is good. But the packaging is bad. Last time I thought it was by accident all my prints were bent. Also this time, some of my prints’ edges are cut off. I checked my original files, they’re all good. Please check and get back to me. I’m attaching the pictures.

Hi Dongi Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your order did not arrive as expected. However I can see you did not place artwork to the correct size for flat unfinished sheets. As stated on the website product page - We print on flat sheets which are sized at 460mm x 320mm, however, the printable area is only 438 x 308mm*, which is why we have created the templates at that size. If creating your own artwork without the help of a template please ensure that your artwork stays within the printable area. This is why the edge was cut off on your print. I had my Christmas cards printed this year with DigitalPrinting and was very pleased with the results. I tried to follow the instructions given and it seemed to work as my cards came back looking exactly as I hoped they would. I was pleased with the colours and the quality of the cards and envelopes and just generally, very happy. There are small things which I think may improve your service though - like giving a preview of your card before it's printed, in case you have overlooked anything in preparation. Also, the price ended up more than I anticipated once everything was added, which was a bit irksome. I was still very happy overall.

We keep our prices as competitive as possible, however costs can increase due to rising costs of materials though we try to do this as little as possible. I'm genuinely baffled. I ordered 4 x postcards. the customer service wasn't great over a discount code error...then the prints arrived looking dull and not right. A much more pleasant individual then had the order re-printed (barely any difference) but only sent a third of the volume? They are fast and affordable, but only if they get the order right. I will probably use a local printer in future, as a proof is vital for full colour printing.

Hi Sarah Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear there was an issue with your order. We do recommend artwork is supplied in CMYK as this will represent colours on printed material. RGB colours are designed for lit screens and monitors so will appear darker on printed page. We do always wish to help rectify issues with prints and on this occasion offered a reprint with amended artwork for you. There was a mix-up with my order which should have attracted additional charge. However, this was promptly resolved and the additional charge was waived.

Where do I even begin... Over 6 weeks since placing my order on behalf of a valued client and my client still only has half the order. Digital Printing have blamed the problems on Parcelforce, who kept saying they tried to deliver the parcel when they clearly didn't. Eventually Parcelforce tossed the parcels over my client's fence into his garden, where the job was ruined after being left out all night in the rain. Digital Printing kindly offered to reprint the job (or at least half of it) as half is still missing, with no explanation as to where it might be, other than Parcelforce haven't replied to their enquiries. I am now left in limbo as Digital Printing have told me that they are washing their hands with the whole sorry affair and have issued a full refund that would take 7-10 working days to appear. You guessed it, that seems to have gone astray as well! Digital Printing are refusing to reprint the job as they have issued a refund but I don't have said refund. Absolute shambles. I have been happily using Digital Printing for about 10 years and on the occasions where there has been an issue in the past it was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Not any more, I am just getting empty promises, meaningless apologies and a client who is dumbfounded by the lack of willingness on Digital Printing's behalf to fulfil their side of the bargain. Sickening.

Hi Ross Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear you have had issues with the courier in the delivery of your order. I understand the frustration in the situation as we have printed the order and expect the courier to deliver on time and we will be investigating with them, however we can only go by the information provided and as we are provided limited responces we can only pass on limited information to you. I can see did reprint half your order and refunded the other half due to the second delay by the courier. I wish we could do more however as it was delivered late and damaged and then the reprint was delayed and lost we were unable to do anything as the delivery is in the hands of the courier. I am sorry this one order with delivery issues has affected your thought on us after so many years of providing your prints. We do value all our customers and do all we can to resolve issues and the fact this is the first issue in 10 years hope shows that we do. I am sorry there were circumstances beyond our control in the delivery of your order and reprint. Management will be giving you a call regarding this issue this afternoon. There was an issue with my initial print (the quality of the print was absolutely great but there was an error on the order of the pages). The customer team was fantastic in resolving the issue very promptly and arranged a rectified copy ASAP. I was very pleased on how easy was to contact them and to get my problem resolved quickly and easily. I'm very happy with the service provided and the quality of my printed book. I'll certainly be using them again!

Hi Azim Thanks for your email. I am sorry your order was affected along with a number of other orders due to unforeseen technical issue needing repairs. We did prioritise and despatch the next day. We do state that delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed as factors can affect both production and delivery with the courier. We did ask to contact us in reply with any issues and I can see we did upgrade your delivery for free and amended the delivery address so you still had the prints in time for your event. Envelopes arrived with black ink marks, dirty marks on invites, thumb marks on invitations and gold foil not fully transferred onto text in invites. So disappointing I won’t use again
