“Haven't received the material yet but so far so good. Although paying extra for sending multiple roll-ups to two different addresses felt silly. If we would have ordered them separately transport would have been free.”

Hi Tony, thanks for your comments, we are currently working on an email proofing option but have no plans to introduce a printed proof option as this would add too much cost and time to the process. In your supplied files always make sure your images are CMYK and not RGB. if you supply them to us as RGB we must convert them to CMYK before printing which can sometimes darken the images in the finished printed product. thanks Gary .

“The site is great to navigate, i love the instant quote option. The only down side is no option to have stickers precut or have stickers with transparent background! I believe they will come on a sheet because of the images. But if they were individually cut it would be much better. Maybe i missed the option. And i really wanted transparent background but with jpeg and pdf that option is not available! If that option is available let me know. I intend to get more stickers in the future but realy want transparent precut ones as we hand them out with each order!”

Hi Brodie, I am glad you found our site easy to navigate and to get a quote from. We can actually cut stickers down to A7 in size and you can order these through the website. With regards to transparent sticker printing unfortunately we presently only print onto white adhesive stock. Thank you for your review and I hope I have answered your questions. Hi Ellie, I'm sorry you are having a problem with some of the stickers you purchased. If you would like us to reprint the stickers please email us, as this is an unusual problem you seem to be having. The stickers we use have permanent adhesive and should not be peeling off, in fact it should be the opposite problem you would have if any. Sorry for an inconvenience this has caused you. Hi Nadia, thanks for the review. The only thing i can think off for the marks you have mentioned is sometimes when the cards are being cut down a mark can be left on the top couple of cards from the pressure of the guillotine. Please let us know how many cards have been affected and we will replace them. If would be good to have more paper option (for example off white uncoated papers) as online digital printing tend to use only very white/blueish papers.”

Hi Makoto, thanks for your review. if you have a look at our Luxury Papers you will see many textured and off white shades available etc. For the perfect bound book you bought it would be worth considering specifying Premium Uncoated paper for the cover and inner as it it not as bright white as the paper you choose and has a very tactile feel.
