“Great service. Great communication and quality of print. There was an initial mistake when printed and they quickly reprint no questions asked and sent an extra copy of the print all for free. Highly recommend very efficient and too quality. Thanks, Aidan”

“Great service, fast delivery, but their perfect-bound books aren't that perfect; the ones with many pages fall apart after a few uses. That's a shame, as otherwise everything is great.”

“We've used DigitalPrinting for many orders now and their performance had always been impeccable, but they took this to another level this week when we found an error in some artwork which we had already sent to them to go to press. They responded immediately to a request via online chat to freeze the order, identified which items were already printed that day and which weren't, let us upload new artwork for the items which hadn't been printed, and facilitated a fast track reprint for the items which had been printed. It could not have been handled better.”

“Ordered a small quantity of 2 small saddle stiched bookets, competative prices and theywere an excellent quality with the spine firmly flattened. Only other thing is while the printing is done quickly the delivery is a bit too slow. I will use them again.”

“The print quality of the 30x40 inch posters was great even though precise colour matches are a bit of a lottery shifting from RGB to CMYK colour profiles. But it was pretty good! The posters were printed on 170gsm paper, as requested – so the 10 copies as rolled in quite a narrow tube was a bit awkward to deal with on receipt and meant that they had a very heavy curl when finally extracted! A wider tube would have been better! Upload was easy and the service was very good – and very quick turn around and delivery.”

“I absolutely love it! The quality is amazing and it exceeded my expectations. I only ordered one booklet, thinking a second would cost double, but actually, since they print on large sheets and cut them, the difference for an extra copy is only around a quid. Even though I ordered just one, they kindly sent me three! I’m so happy with it - thank you very much!!!”

We do print on large sheets so it can be possible to have extra copies printed - and you can receive free copies of a print as a result - this does not happen everytime; however the unit cost will drop with larger quantities.
