“Don’t trust next day delivery. I paid extra and got that delivery refunded but that’s not the point”

Hi Robin Thanks for your review. I am sorry there was a delay with your delivery. I can see that we did produce your order and despatched on time, however the courier did delay your order. We do only ever state delivery dates are estimated as we do not have control over the couriers and the factors that affect delivery. Courier companies do not guarantee deliveries, so neither can we, although with over 1000 jobs a day 97% have no issue. “We ordered our wedding invites and we will order back once we will set up our wedding menu!! The customer service chat was amazing, the advisor helped us and answered all our questions!! “This has been a frustrating process and the quality of the leaflets isn't as good as we were hoping; Firstly, it's very confusing because DigitalPrinting state on their website that they don't supply 'proofs' - but if you use their 'live chat' facility they explain to you that you can get proofs by following their instructions - but you have to pay up-front before they will communicate with you about it - so we did pay and the next thing that happened to us was that we received an email which seemed to be 'telling us off' for requesting proofs as they don't supply them, but begrudgingly agreeing to do it - and then the proofs came through wrong - with several other emails saying there were delays - Eventually we received the leaflets - which are 'acceptable' but we were hoping for something a bit more special - the paper was very thin (even though we'd selected a supposedly 'heavier' weight) and one of our images was blurred throughout.... we wouldn't use this company again.”

We do value our customer support and always do wish to help how we can. With producing over 1000 jobs a day we do not offer proof as standard as doing it for every job will reduce the turnaround on our orders significantly and we do ask artwork to be provided print ready. We happily provide it when requested on order when requested.
