Hi Jac Thanks for your review. We do wish our site to be as efficient as possible to allow customers to order and receive quality prints. We do not offer proof as standard as with over 1000 orders a day, the turnaround would significantly reduce if we did. It is why we ask artwork to be provided print ready. We can offer proof if requested but it can cause a delay to the production speed. Many thanks Luke DigitalPrinting
