Filed a question/complaint about my order 5 days ago, zero communication since then.
A "personal note" from the manager turned out to be an automated "no-reply" mailbox.
My issue is still not resolved. Order value £1000.
Delivery date was off by 3 days (later than promised). Unimpressed.
