“This has been a frustrating process and the quality of the leaflets isn't as good as we were hoping; Firstly, it's very confusing because DigitalPrinting state on their website that they don't supply 'proofs' - but if you use their 'live chat' facility they explain to you that you can get proofs by following their instructions - but you have to pay up-front before they will communicate with you about it - so we did pay and the next thing that happened to us was that we received an email which seemed to be 'telling us off' for requesting proofs as they don't supply them, but begrudgingly agreeing to do it - and then the proofs came through wrong - with several other emails saying there were delays - Eventually we received the leaflets - which are 'acceptable' but we were hoping for something a bit more special - the paper was very thin (even though we'd selected a supposedly 'heavier' weight) and one of our images was blurred throughout.... we wouldn't use this company again.”

We do value our customer support and always do wish to help how we can. With producing over 1000 jobs a day we do not offer proof as standard as doing it for every job will reduce the turnaround on our orders significantly and we do ask artwork to be provided print ready. We happily provide it when requested on order when requested. “Excellent quality printing. I had a240 page book I wanted printing (but only 3 copies for family). Everyone has been very impressed with the quality of the book, both binding & printing. Also, they were able to send it to 2 different addresses, (very useful).”

“I'm always pleased with the finished product, A5 leaflets, and will continue to use Digital Printing. Very easy to order. The previous supplier's order system left a lot to be desired and often resulted in white spaces due to bleed requirement confusion. Nothing like that will Digital Printing. Would recommend to anyone.”

“First time using Digitial Printing. I checked the reviews and they all seemed good. I was a little nervous that our Photos might turn out too dark as they do with some printers. But the printing and service was excellent, and fast. I will definitely use Digital Printing again. Also cheaper than the company I normally use.”

“I've now been a customer of DigitalPrinting for the past 2 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! “After using various printing companies, Digital Printing will now be my 'go to' print company. I used them for the first time and found the quality to be excellent and the price very competitive. We did have one snag where the booklet was bound incorrectly, but this was quickly corrected and the product reissued. Definitely good value for money. And easy to upload using the online service with advice given on the website.”
