“Really happy with the quality and delivery of our flat sheets. Would have been 5 stars if a proof was sent before print. I have experience with setting up prints, however someone who doesn’t may struggle without proofs being sent.”

“The turnaroud time was very quick, the cards were nice quality and the assistants I spoke to were helpful. The first little issue that I had was that at least one of the conversations would not have been necessary had the printing instructions been clearer on the website (I was unsure whether I needed to include a cut mark for trimming off the edges of my postcards. Turns out I didn't even though the instructions say that any trim or fold marks need to be included). The other problem I had was that the templates did not have the same dimensions as the dimensions I was advised to use when I got in touch about the trim lines. The website would benefit from photos with the same image printing on all types of paper the company offers to allow easier comparison between sharpness, vibrancy of colour, etc.”

“Would have been a 5 star rating, however, the print was off center. As a result, each sticker print was cut off short at one side and had spillage from the adjacent sticker's print on the other side. Overall average attempt. Wouldnt be acceptable for a professional job though, at all. I might add that all previous orders have been good so this appears to be a one off, hopefully.”

“Was very happy with the postcards you printed. The only bug-bear was the wrapping of them as I ordered 300 and these were wrapped in plastic but in a hap-hazard way for quantities so I had to count them out to split out for deliveries... other than that very good and very quick service. thanks”
