“Shocking service, I ordered a print to be delivered before noon Friday 31 March which took delivery price to around £13 for 2 A4 prints, I am still waiting for them 3rd April apparently they are being sent out today for delivery on the 4th with no adjustment on price of shipping despite now being 5 days late.”

Hi Bobby, I am sorry that you had to leave us a 1 star review. I can see you have spoken to the team about this order and they explained that the artwork was supplied at the incorrect size, no bleed or crop marks and text was dropping off so would not be printed correctly. Rather than produce a job that has not been supplied correctly, our team emailed you a few times about this. Unfortunately, you did not respond to this email for a few days which is why we did not despatch it on time. I am glad the team managed to get hold of you and explain why the order was not delivered and how to supply the artwork. I look forward to your next order with us. “There was a very obvious typo and no one spotted it on your end. However, I saw it as soon as I opened the first lot. Because the whole flyers where made from the first typo, it carried onto over 1000 copies ordered. Don't trust them to pick on spelling mistake. Check, double check yourself and have someone check for you but not digitaprinting”

However, we do state (and provide a checklist before you upload artwork) that we ask for all artwork to be sent print ready. We do not have a design team and with 1000 orders a day we are not able to proofread every document. We are a direct-to-print company with an automated process.
