“This is a very well organized digital printing company and so prompt with the their turn around time and delivery!!! The only thing I would suggest to add is to delivery option to allow delivery to more than one address which can incur extra cost for the client but save on time.”

“Didn't print the border as expected even though I added a bleed. Would have been great to see a mock up for this reason, though I was told mock ups aren't provided.”

Hi Maya Thanks for your review. I am sorry the order did not arrive as expected however looking at your artwork I can see the border you included was in the bleed area of your artwork and not part of the final print size. Bleed is a 3mm extension of the background to avoid any white edges should the page move in the press. We are always happy to resolve issues so please do contact us directly when you receive the order so we can do this promptly. We have contacted you directly to resolve this issue for you. PDF proof are not provided as standard as prints do go to automatic print but can be requested when placing an order however this will delay production. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“Excellent service - really easy to follow the instructions to get an accurate quote, upload artwork, and confirm delivery requirements. I also got a reassuringly prompt response to my question via customer support, and confirmation that my page alignment was right!!
