“I'm a complete luddite with computers but I have managed to print 6 different greeting cards out successfully with great support from the team at Digital Print. It took me a while to read through everything and work out how it worked but I was able to contact the team and get help every step of the way (after chatting with the bot first but it wasn't too painful!) I was really happy with the quality of the cards and the end results”

“I have used Digital Printing for a number of years to print my class yearbooks for my pre-school leavers. The online process is very simple and the books always arrive within a couple of days. The print quality is very good and the price reasonable.”

“I was a complete novice when it came to getting a club handbook printed. But Digital Printing promply answered any queries I raised and made the task that much easier. The final result of posters, flyers and, most importantly, the handbooks came out perfectly. At a price that was much cheaper than I would have expected.”

“Extremely fast and extremely efficient staff. Super helpful when a problem (my own doing) arose, sorted it quickly and I received my order almost instantly it felt! Fantastic company and will be returning to order from the again for my next event.”

“What a brilliant concept: you get clear instructions on how to prepare your PDFs. If in doubt you can send your PDF in advance, and a person the other end advises you on whether the resolution will be good enough. You edit your work in page order. You provide them in the format you are familiar with (pages in consecutive order), and the software takes the pages, works everything out, prints it, turns it round in under 48 hours from "SEND" to "DELIVERED", and I got a perfect result RIGHT FIRST TIME. I paid about a third extra to have the books produced fast and delivered on a Saturday. The only disappointment was that their chosen carrier failed to deliver on the Saturday as arranged, and so the books failed to arrive before I set off on a 240 mile round trip to attend a conference on the Monday, where I wanted to make an impact with the books. So the books were, in that sense, "of no use". It was not the fault of Digital Printing at all, whose part of the process was exemplary. Though it was very frustrating having no phone number provided to rescue the situation. I was very let down by Parcel Force, their chosen carrier.”

I am sorry the delivery was delayed however as the couriers do not provide a guaranteed service with factors able to affect transport we do have to state that the dates are estimated only. “They told me last minute that by priority Friday delivery has been delayed to Monday, they issued a refund but I ended up going with a local business who could print same day and were much nicer! Would recommend!”

We kept working right up to the last courier collection so it was only at this point we could comfirm what orders were unable to be despatched which is why the email was sent at the time. “I ordered one saddle stitched booklet for my 3 year old grandson with images of him as a knight in armour protecting his kingdom. Digital Printing helped me every step of the way. Any question I had ( and there were quite a few ) were answered immediately. I received the booklet and it was amazing. The quality was fantastic. Needless to say my grandson was delighted. I would definitely recommend Digital Printing to others.”
