“Digital Printing is absolutely brilliant! I have used them for over 10 years - their quality is impeccable, and the team goes above and beyond! Recently I had an issue with the delivery company losing my parcel (first time ever and not Digital Printings fault), and my son and I was in a complete panic, as it was his final project at Uni - but, fear not, the amazing Ian helped out, and saved the day. As I said above and beyond - thank you! And, thank you again Ian!”

“disasterous! we did not recieve our full order, non of the order was correct and after a promise to do a reprint they cancelled the day before the re-print was suppose to be delivered and we are atill waiting for our refund.”

Hi Mia Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your order was short in quantity. Unfortunately your email asking to go for the reprint arrived after we closed on the Friday so it was not picked up until Monday morning by which stage it was too late (as it was a bank holiday) for your event which is why we refunded the cost of the missing books which you originally requested. “A couple of years ago, I needed a proof of concept print of a US-letter sized book. Digital Printing were the only UK POD company that offered that size as standard. The first book I received was good quality and shipped speedily, so I've used them ever since and have never been disappointed. If there's an issue (very rare), customer service is always friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the company keeps you well informed about your order status. In summary: Lovely product, helpful staff, fast turnaround. Highly recommended!”

“After using many different companies I think I have found THE one! From a late call on a Friday that not only picked up but was then not rushed to a preset being sorted and signed off and then delivered on time on Monday morning! “I had a good experience initially, but about a month ago there were errors with my order twice, which delayed my deadline. To be fair, they corrected the issue at no extra cost. However, I was very disappointed with my most recent order. I chose the luxury business cards expecting thick, high-quality paper, but they are two thin paper sheets stuck together, and it’s noticeable to others. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this option if you’re looking for a premium finish!”
