“Very disappointing with the quality. The file I sent wasn’t in the correct format and they printed it anyway. What sort of expert in printing doesn’t let know their customers that it will look awful ? When asked for a voucher as a refund, it was declined. They offered to reprint it and asked for a weird format. When asked for help they couldn’t care less ! I had to place another order and 3 of the prints were not straights so I am down 3 postcards. So disappointing and will never use again !”

Hi Pauline Thanks for your review. I am sorry that the order did not arrive as expected. I can see we did have communication with you and offered a reprint but we would need to have artwork in the CMYK colour schemes to produce the correct print expected. RGB colours are designed for lit screens and monitors so will be duller on a printed page. Design software will be able to do this but unfortunately we do not have a design team so be able to offer support for design software. We would still be happy to reprint the order if you can supply artwork that will produce a different result when printed. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“DigitalPrinting are amazing! We've used them to print all of the stationery for our wedding and everything has been so smooth. The website is easy to use, the products are high-quality and the shipping was quick. More importantly though, their customer service has been next level - excellent updates as orders were going through and with any issues. The prepress team in particular are awesome, they caught several issues (typos in guest names, wrongly sized artwork) and were able to solve this before anything was printed - this saved us so much time, money and stress. Would 100% recommend DigitalPrinting and will definitely use them again.”

“Very happy with my greetings cards. Great quality and a quick turn around. A couple of my photos didn’t fit perfectly and the staff noticed and sent me a proof to check that I was happy with it before processing. I also had help during ordering. Very impressed with this company Thank you”

“Really impressed with this company. My print arrived but the delivery company had damaged the cardboard tube which unfortunately meant the print was damaged too. After contacting them I was sent another one straight away with no problems, thanks to Chris.”

“The books we ordered where of high quality as just what we were looking for. You are losing 1 star because we received the package later than expected. That said, the communication from your team regarding the delay was fantastic - a real person called to explain the reason for the delay.”
