Hi David Thanks for your review. I have read through the messages and can see that as we processed the order with the economy tracked delivery service you selected when placing the order. The option for a the quicker deliver was listed when you placed the order but was not selected. As discussed we can not refund an order that was processed as placed. Hi Nicole Thanks for your review. I am glad you are so pleased with your order. I am sorry there was a delay in your delivery - I can see that you had ordered with economy tracked delivery which is a 2 day estimated service. It was despatched on 4th November and estimated on the 6th. Unfortunately the courier did delay it by one day and it was delivered on 7th. We do state delivery dates are estimated only as the courier do not offer a guaranteed service as factors can affect transport. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting
