“We initially requested Saturday delivery; however, the confirmation indicated standard delivery, which is too late. We contacted customer support to cancel the order but have not received a response. This has resulted in a significant waste of both time and money.”

Good afternoon Clair, We are disappointed to see that you have not amended your review after our discussion last week. As we explained and showed you, we have had no contact from your registered email address via our email or live chat services and our phone records show no incoming calls from your number. Regarding the order itself, we can see that the order was printed, dispatched and delivered on time, all of which we have been able to show you via your order spec, order confirmation and delivery tracking. I know and understand that you may have thought you selected a Saturday delivery, but unfortunately you did not and recived the delivery on time as per the Economy Tracked service you have chosen when ordering. “I was really disappointed in the quality of the product I received for the price I paid. My booklet arrived with harsh print marks and scuffs upon opening for the first time. Really saddening, as I wanted something really polished for my degree show opening and I feel as though I've wasted my money.”

“On receving copies of the 56 page booklet that I had printed I phone an "IAN" to thank him. I was simply delighted. “Very, very, very, very, very good company. They were extremely patient with me, going back and forth with around 5 revisions. There was a slight mishap in communication with their printing team and they printed my books before sending me the pdf proof I asked for, so I addressed this and they apologised and sent me new ones with the updated file. Would definitely use again!”
