The website could be clearer about stating picking one option is for one design only, not multiple designs. I wanted a number of different designs printed in an A4 format. The system allowed me to upload all the designs, but it was later put on hold whilst they queried if I wanted one design printed multiple times. It's good this was checked with me first as it wasn't what I had intended. The team I spoke to were helpful and professional, no fuss when I requested cancellation and I received a refund in the time specified. I had requested another print job for business cards around the same time, these were of good quality and I'm very happy with them.
