“I am satisfied with the bookmarks I ordered as the size fits well with the bookmark measurement. However, one of my round stickers design size was not quite right. They just printed it away without raising any concerns. One sticker was scratched. Perhaps it’s because the edges of the bookmarks had scratched it.”

Hi Natikah, Thanks for leaving us the review. I am delighted you are happy with the bookmarks. With regards to the stickers I can see that our system printed these exactly as ordered so we are not sure what wasn't quite right. Our team has been in touch a few times to try to get more information on this and to resolve the issue. I can see we also included an extra 30 stickers in your order, I am glad only one was scratched and you still had more than ordered. Please do get in touch with us to get the issue looked into? “I was thrilled with my cards , they were beautifully done and lots of care was taken , checking what exactly what I wanted before printing so I was really pleased with the whole service and will certainly use them again .”

Hi Ravi, I am so sorry that your job did not reach you in perfect condition. While you agreed that the prints were lovely, you said that the packaging was damaged. We asked you to send over some photos so as we could launch a full investigation into what had happened but you were not happy to do this. You are still welcome to do this because as a business it will allow us to to ascertain what has happened and compensate you as required. I can only apologise once again and the offer still stands with regards to the photos and a full reprint will be ran if required. All the best, Emma, Digital Printing.
