This has been a frustrating process and the quality of the leaflets isn't as good as we were hoping; Firstly, it's very confusing because DigitalPrinting state on their website that they don't supply 'proofs' - but if you use their 'live chat' facility they explain to you that you can get proofs by following their instructions - but you have to pay up-front before they will communicate with you about it - so we did pay and the next thing that happened to us was that we received an email which seemed to be 'telling us off' for requesting proofs as they don't supply them, but begrudgingly agreeing to do it - and then the proofs came through wrong - with several other emails saying there were delays - Eventually we received the leaflets - which are 'acceptable' but we were hoping for something a bit more special - the paper was very thin (even though we'd selected a supposedly 'heavier' weight) and one of our images was blurred throughout.... we wouldn't use this company again.
