“Very pleased with the service. Despatch was prompt, Digitalprinting were very quick to respond to a query. The system for custom production was very simple to use, and the final product was excellent. I would definitely use DP again in the future. Thank you ever so much!”

“The whole process of working with DigitalPrinting is as easy as it gets. Even when I made an error with the order it was sorted promptly. The print quality is excellent, the perfect bound books are as good as commercial books in any shop.”

“The print material didn't arrive on time (despite paying extra for 'express printing') and therefore didn't get the materials in time for the event (which was a funeral). couldn't get hold of anyone when I called - saying please call between 9 and 5, when I was calling between those hours. The online 'chat' didn't work. Overall a very poor experience and i wont be using them again.”

Hi Jack, We are sorry to hear that your delivery was later than expected. This is frustrating for us also and is the reason why we can only estimate delivery dates. Once the jobs leave here we are at the mercy of 3rd party courier companies and individual drivers who are not employed by Digital Printing so it is impossible for us to 100% guarantee things that we don't manage first hand. It was also particularly unfortunate that you placed your order on Christmas Eve, the company closed for the Christmas break at 3pm on 24th, not returning until Tuesday 4th January (apart from a small skeleton staff on 30th). We picked up your emails on this date and explained that your parcel was delayed due to insufficient address details. Once these were clarified we refunded you for your Express Production and Delivery but could not offer you a full refund as we had upheld everything at our end. Your items were printed and dispatched on time to an estimated delivery date of the 30th. Over Christmas, the website clearly stated that December is a very busy time for couriers (even without Covid delays) so please place your order in plenty of time as there may be delays. “I wasn’t that impressed to be honest.. very flat stickers and they are so close together that cutting them to be singles is impossible Won’t use again”

Hi Les, Following our telephone conversation, the labels that you got printed with us are supplied kiss cut on an A4 sheet to make it easier for you to peel off, they are not intended to be cut down when supplied so apologies if the margins in between the labels were too narrow. As discussed, we do supply labels which are cut down individually which would suit your needs better. I would be happy to print you a run of these free of charge once you choose a size and resize your artwork. I am waiting for you to come back and advise me of this. “Absolutely brilliant service. Extremely simple to use interface, From printing and binding the product I needed, which was a homebrew d&d book from pdf, to the customer service I received from Steve when I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time. but it arrived bang on the estimated date. Very happy! Definitely going to use this company again.”

“I was very relieved that the price advertised for the product was the price I paid after feeling misled by an ad by another printing company. The service was prompt and I am happy with the quality. I was a little disappointed that the first-purchase discount voucher code did not include the banners I was buying, but I was treated sympathetically and it was still good value.”

“Although the delivery was delayed for one day the company emailed me straightway and apologised, luckily we didn’t need them on the scheduled day. We were very impressed the cards we printed was very good quality with low cost.”
