“Great quality true-bound books. I sent the cover in the incorrect format, so the covers weren't quite right. They contacted me and sorted out the problem at no extra expense to me. Top service and I will always use DigitalPrinting for all my self-published books.”

Hi Cleo, Thanks for the feedback on your recent order. I am delighted to hear that you are happy with the flyers. The reason why your order was delayed was that you ordered 2 sided printing and only supplied one side of artwork. I'm sorry, we could not print it and had to contact you to ask what you required. As this wasn't supplied print ready it was kept on hold until we got a response from you which then moved the order on by a day. If you can supply print ready artwork for your next order then it will avoid a delay in printing. Please give me a shout when you place your next order, I can get this checked before it goes to print to make sure it is supplied ok to avoid delays. Kindest regards, Chris DigitalPrinting

“Order of 1000 A5 folded Christmas cards with 4 sides printed. Website was easy enough to use. Went for 350gsm matt as the front image was from a canvas painted in acrylic and scanned in - used word and saved as pdf (including the inside) for the upload. The cards arrived quickly enough so we could arrange into packs of 5. So far all the people seeing them have liked them, especially the quality which is noticeable by the thickness. Note: The cards come cellophane wrapped in bundles in the boxes. We ordered with envelopes so we had 4 boxes arrive. Although they didn't offer the 5 card prepacking it didn't take too long and allowed us to see the cards were printed correctly. Print quality on inspection was good with no identifiable defects. Print run came in slightly in excess of 1000. Opted for standard delivery. Arrived 4 days incl print run.”
