“Great looking booklet, but requested printing on one side however the last page has been assembled wrong & is printed on the back card. Just a bit sloppy really as up to now all my orders have been spot on”

“Always Excellent! I use digital printing to present my artwork for Etsy and this is quite a daunting thing as it could turn out badly! But digital printing always make them look amazing and i I know I can trust them to print anything really well - thankyou!”

“Digital Pring have done a bit of work for us now, and their service is second to none. End products are perfect, and on the rare occasions there have been minor issues with items, the team have rectified things quickly, generously and without hassle. They will be my go to from now on”

“Such an incredible first experience ! Straightforward and easy to understand website, and ordering options. Very responsive online chat option, with very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Spoke to the same advisor (Steve) 3 times and he knew exactly what was happening with my order. Fully informed throughout the process, and the delivery was so fast. Ordered some calendars, and from start to finish the whole process from ordering to receiving my order was 5 days. Phenomenal ! Can’t fault the service at all. Great value and fantastic quality.”

“Put in a last-minute order for an item that was needed on a next-day turnaround because my usual printers couldn't do it on time. The delivery was scheduled for the Friday morning. However my client received a delivery update on the Friday advising that the delivery wouldn't be made until Monday morning, which was too late. It transpired the print is done in Belfast and Digital Printing said they couldn't take responsibility for the late delivery because it was due to the postal service. I would suggest you make it clear on the website that the print is done in Belfast, not on the UK Mainland, as this is very likely to affect delivery times.”

Hi Margaret, Thanks for your feedback and review. Im sorry that the order was delayed by a day. Unfortunately, 97% of our orders are delivered on time. Im afraid your order was delayed by the National hub in Coventry and not by the production plant based in Belfast. “At first I wasn't too impressed. I was told to use a professional graphic designer or to buy the appropriate software. However, after I had paid and sent my work by email (not clicking the red tab!) they were really helpful - pointed out the mistakes I had made and how to correct them. They were even available through the night when I couldn't sleep for worrying! The end result was superb and we will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“Brilliant print as usual! However, and this is no fault of DPs, the delivery experience wasn't great. Asked for next-day delivery to build an extra day's contingency as the parcel was time-critical. However, the parcel took 48 hours and the tracking information was very delayed in being updated so I had no information on where it actually was. I will hedge my bets next time and stick to the PDP option which for me, has always been perfect and reliable.”

“I have used many printers during my career, DigitalPrinting, they are at least as good as any I have used, however, for the prices they charge and the quality of printing and materials they use, take this company to my go-to company for ALL my printing. Thank you for your exemplary service. The cards were of superb quality and the colour matching was spot on.”
