“Easy to use website. The quote request was straightforward to use. The general option choices were clear and it's helpful to have recommendations when, like me, you're not familiar with some of the choices. It was also useful to be able to seek advice by email. I obtained a quote for the main order I was planning, then made an order for just a couple of copies to check how the publication would look. These arrived quite quickly and I was very pleased with the result (a 70 page book with Perfect Binding). I have now ordered the full number of copies, after making a couple of improvements to my layout and generating a new order. Now looking forward to receiving these in a couple of days' time. Pleased to receive a discount voucher with the initial small order, as this gave 20% off the main order. Good quality product and very good service.”

“5 stars for print quality and ease of ordering but 1 star for delivering 4 days late (2 days after the materials were needed for a board meeting). No communication was issued to warn of issues which meant no time to find alternative.”

Hi, Thank you very much for your review. Although we can dispatch an order on schedule we unfortunately have no control over over a number of potential external factors such as traffic, weather, etc. which could affect delivery. This is why we must always provide an estimated delivery date rather than a guaranteed delivery date. We are aware of a few delayed orders in the last week which although, dispatched on schedule, were delayed in transit due to the delivery network being overwhelmed by an increase in volume due to factors such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and also this being the busiest time of year for all courier services in the UK. I hope you can agree that your order was dispatched in good faith on schedule and the delays experienced were beyond our control. “You took time to ring me to explain that the artwork I provided was A5 size which i had not realised as my painting had been converted by my tutor for printing. The sky has printed with a green hue rather than blue. Thank you for your prompt service. Regards Theresa”

“First time I've used DP, this time for cards. Excellent service when I needed to clarify a couple of things regarding the content. Very pleased with print and card stock quality - also very accurately folded. Will certainly be using them again and not just for cards. They supplied a few 'overs' too.”

“Ordered some cards... they didn't turn out exactly as I'd hoped. Partly my own fault with my design, but nevertheless, DP allowed me to replace the artwork and reprint the cards for free! Excellent customer service!”

“why they were great: 1) The booklet was very high quality - which let's be honest is the only reason you chose a print company 2) The package came the exact day I ordered it for. 3) I actually was a donut and wrote down the wrong door number, when i called up they were very polite and helpful. 4) There was a pack of harribo sweet in there too. Things I wasnt so happy with: 1) The price for one small booklet was quite expensive in my opinion. BUT I didnt find out if I could have added anything else to the package, so you never know. I would defo recommend. Having been a graphic designer for many years, using a print company that is really reliable and the print is good, is actually quite rare.”
