“Ordered some cards... they didn't turn out exactly as I'd hoped. Partly my own fault with my design, but nevertheless, DP allowed me to replace the artwork and reprint the cards for free! Excellent customer service!”

“This was my second order for greetings cards from DigitalPrinting. I found the website very easy to use and instructions were clear. The turnaround was very quick and my cards arrived on time - and I was really pleased with them!”

“why they were great: 1) The booklet was very high quality - which let's be honest is the only reason you chose a print company 2) The package came the exact day I ordered it for. 3) I actually was a donut and wrote down the wrong door number, when i called up they were very polite and helpful. 4) There was a pack of harribo sweet in there too. Things I wasnt so happy with: 1) The price for one small booklet was quite expensive in my opinion. BUT I didnt find out if I could have added anything else to the package, so you never know. I would defo recommend. Having been a graphic designer for many years, using a print company that is really reliable and the print is good, is actually quite rare.”

“What they printed was good. Nice quality and well packaged. Arrived in ok time and even had some sweets with it which is nice of them. Not so keen on them adding the VAT cost on at the end, that's pretty sneaky I think. Just integrate it into the base price like everyone else does. Would have happily given that last star but I felt like they were trying to fool me with the VAT which made me annoyed.”

“Website was very easy to use and the price was good. The communication from the team was fantastic, i was kept up to date and sent a proof of my design. The order came through quickly within a couple of days and we were really happy with the final product. Lots of people commented on the folders at our conference.”

“The printed banners are fine. As good as we expected from our artwork. We were however disappointed that having paid for delivery by Tuesday when we wanted them they did not arrive until late Wednesday and then they were left with a neighbour before the driver put a not through our door without even knocking on the door and we were in the house . Not your fault the driver was poor but you need to know.”
